u mean the keyboard skin? i dont use any custom skin.. there a lots of skins provided by the developer.. so the skins are default when u install the kb software.. this kb surely can beat the iphone kb

i think Touch Diamond/HD users will appreciate this software more than TP users (i think so)

have u guyz installed the latest fix? it was released 5th April recently.. it solved my "Rhodium Start Menu" problem, HTCphotopicker , n few bugs.. now my Rhodium is 90% to perfecto!! .. the rhodium sms system is still buggy.. i can't see full sentence if the sms is long

yea same process.. u can uninstall from "Remove programs" or SKTools mentioned above

if u're not 3G unlimited subscriber, u can plug ur TP to dekstop PC which has Streamyx and connect via ActiveSync... and ur TP can surf internet/update weather using the Streamyx connection.. (i think u already know this, but i just let u know in case u forgot )

about your Rhodium becomes slow, i dun have that problem.. FYI, if u have thousands of sms inbox, ur TP can be slower.. i always back-up my sms inbox using PIMBackup and delete all sms.. and my sms system becomes faster.. whenever i want to refer/read back old sms, i just re-install my back-up sms.. i'm not sure if this happens to others too but at least it happens to me

nice sharing bro oldnewspaper the graphics look so cool!! but i don't think the map is as detail as Garmin/Mapking maps coz we don't have local community to draw the map compatible for that software..

MSM and MFM are always the best

you cant make ur TP as modem if ur activesync doesn't work.. so please describe more detail on ur activesync problem.. screnenshot will help better

yeah .. it never happened to me too.. not even once.. try change ur Radio..

There is a running Comm Manager in your background processing ... so u have to "kill" that first.. i use software "Memmaid" to kill it but its a paid software .. try google other free softwares that have same function

Dont go "Running Program" but go to "Running Process" .. u will see "connmgr.exe" ... kill that process

Added on April 18, 2009, 9:52 pmyeah, i'm on new stock Rom.. the Rom is superb, my TP is fast with Rhodium manila.. but make sure u have netcf installed and do some registry tweak to enable the netcf.. do u want to upgrade rhodium or upgrade rom? if rhodium, no need to re-install apps.. but upgrading Rom, u have to re-install everything.. its same to hard reset.. i think xboxmod has stopped developing rhodium.. he has announced to develop Topaz Canvas.. i oso dunno what it is but it sounds better than rhodium and i'm dying waiting for it so far i dun have the freezing issue.. stock Rhodium is the best for me.. (some users prefer to pimp with custom theme) .. but i just maintain the VIP black LOL

New device?? woww.. but my pocket already empty, cant afford to buy any new PDA .. i guess the price is around 3k what device is that? anyway we'll wait for your new discovery and kindly share with us

There are two rules:
1. you've prepared yourself for a hard reset which means need to reinstall all apps, registry tweaks, etc..
2. your device must HardSPL first before installing this WM 6.5 or else it will be a total-loss

I'm going to install it maybe today or tmorow and we'll see how this new WM work with our TP .. normally i just wait for oldnewspaper to try it out first LOL ... there are few chefs offering new WM6.5 ROMs but i choose Shep's ROM since there are lots of +ve feedbacks , saying it looks cool, very fast, stable etc..

Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM + TF3D2

I've been using my TP with Windows Mobile 6.5 cooked by Shep including TF3D2 (Rhodium manila) since 6pm just now... initially i thought this Rom is going to make my TP crawl like tortoise bcoz i assumed WM6.5 has bigger files and in addition plus with Rhodium Manila.. but i was absolutely, totally, definitely wrong!!! ... this Rom is damn superb.. very fast, very stable, very cool, very very very... i dunno what words to use to describe how cool this Rom is.. u guyz must give a try.. its really worth it.. and i dun think i'm going to change my ROM anymore LOL (i think thats too much hehe)

- very fast scrolling
- new widget/midget when u disable TF3D.. (look at my snapshot #9 below)
- new theme for my TF3D
- new Start Menu with icon without honeycomb boundary
- new cool right-click menu, option menu etc..
- already pre-installed few apps like netCF, new Opera 9 etc.

i'm not a good review commentor , u guyz should try it out and lets share the coolness with others..

Here are some snapshots .. i purposely captured landscape mode coz i'm sure most of us curiously want to know hows the landscape works with our TP..

By referring to this Garmin link, i couldn't find the 5.00.30WP version (for windows mobile) .. i'm currently using 5.00.20w version and it works fine with MFM map..
