i've heard about Energy's batt sucking ... thats why i dont dare to try.. about RRE, i'm going to download and have a try now... will give my feedback n reviews later... while waiting for Shep's to update his latest ROM..

u can find it at any pda or phone shop.. midvalley, lowyat, etc.. i think its around Rm2400 or cheaper.. throw away ur iphone.. and lets join the excitement of windows mobile

yeah.. i think touch pro is pretty much same.. are u on iphone 3g or 2g? i know iphone is good especially on its graphic, but its 3rd party applications can't beat windows mobile's

available after 3rd quarter this year..i guess around Rm3k and above

well, thats where we catch Google Doc on Iris fault! ... the excel file can't be edited! i don't why and i dont know how.. anyway maybe u can try Fennec browser (by Mozilla) .. i've just uninstalled it coz it's tooooo slow.. but it supports add-ons ...

I'm using Shep's WM6.5 build 21231... it works perfect on my TP but Shep has pulled away the release and put back the old 21222 coz he claimed 21231 is slower.. his next release will be the final build...

anyhow, 21232 has just released!! haizz... i already tak larat to re-flash my TP..

but gps won't simply be shut down.. there are thousands different job/organization/company etc using gps system..

Baron, have u got back ur TP from SIS already? may i know, how much did u pay for the keyboard service? how long did it take?

yes, can use gps navigation without simcard

u can use without simcard with Agps disabled.. but ur satellite signals going to take longer time to lock.. i suggest u to disable agps and use quickgps to download the ephimeris data.. thats gonna last for 6days

we can discuss here instead of PM to share info with other members why do u find it hard to use? i suggest u play² first with the device for few more days.. u're gonna love it

i dont know about other members, but i love Windows Mobile PDA because of its 3rd party softwares regardless shareware or freeware .. these softwares can push ur PDA function to its limit and make it fully utilize .. then u'll feel worth of buying it.. try these apps but u must google/purchase by urself

1. GPS Navigation - go for garmin, google maps etc
2. Watch movie (avi, mpg, flv, etc) - go for Coreplayer
3. Internet browsing - go for Opera, Skyfire, Iris, Netfront
4. Facebook !!! - search couple of pages back, we did discuss about facebook softwares
5. Watch youtube
6. In-call recording - record your voice conversation instead of jotting down notes
7. Run AutoCAD, ArcGIS - only applicable to some certain ppl .. me is one of them
8. Gaming !! - this u must ask PDA Game Taiko/Sifu : Prof. Ir. Dr. Baronic
9. nueLight - turn your flashlight at the back of device as a torchlight/morse code etc..
10. WMWifiRouter - turn your PDA as a wifi router, multiple laptop can surf internet
12. VSPaint - draw/paint anything
11. and thousands other app which make u headache to choose and use!! LOL

yea.. somemore can turn low beam or high beam much better than hTorch

Add few more function
11. internet chatting - purchase IMplus or Mundu for YM/Msn/google chat, pocketIRC for irc client (can use dcc function to dload mp3, psy, eggdrop etc)
12. Dictionary - turn ur device as an electronic dict.. search the words n go.. (personal electronic dict on market cost Rm1000++)

thats why PDA always better than iPhone
