been using my TP for 3 months now.. and still loving it!!

anyone can share how to play flv files on TP ? i've tried coreplayer but cannot.. any guidance?

already upgraded to new rom.. wallauu, very tiring lehh.. need to install back all softwares even i hv all cabs in my storage.. but really 'leceh'... need to overwrite AudioPara, re-bookmarks my feveret websites (including LYN ), tweak here n there, re-map softkeys... wargghh so many things de.. i hate hard-reset

just FYI, i dun have this problem, after install new rom, netCF successfully installed.. maybe re-install the new rom can help to solve

1. All these steps must be done in PC or TP ?
2. on Step 3, i have to copy all exe files and overwrite them to where i got them, like that?

Bro newspaper, did u hard-reset ur device as advised from XDA before installing those cabs?

i think bro newspaper has a point there.. i would like to express my appreciation for your recommendation about this Rhodium manila.. when i went into XDA forum, everything has been fixed.. i just download some cabs, read few post on the 1st page and install.. everything went perfect, just need to install few fixes..

@ antipoison:
1. Disable TF3D
2. soft reset
3. remove htcphotopicker.exe from \windows
4. re-enable TF3D

try download this cab and install.. make sure u disable tf3d first.. it solves my problem just like yoursu need

allow me to answer on behalf oldnewspaper..
- yes need to install both.. install rhodium 1st, then mobilematt (u also can use rhodium only without mobilematt)
- our default rom is stock rom, cooked rom is custom-made rom created by pocket pc expertise (or they call it 'chef'). the purpose is vary.. some cooked-roms are for light memory usage, some for performance, some for accessories modification to make it beautiful, etc
- if u wanna use rhodium and/or mobilematt, no need to reinstall apps.. but if wanna use custom-rom, need to reinstall apps

i use stock rhodium on my stock rom.. not interested to any custom rom and tf3d2 so far

Bro Baronic, i confirm the TF3D2's sms doesn't save the sms we type if we tap on softkey "Back" as show pic below



however, u can save the sms to Draft by tapping the softkey "Menu" as shown pic below.. i prefer to use this sms system coz u can choose to forward any inbox/sent sms to anyone by tapping the button "Forward" ... cheers

u have to install 'sdkcert' first, then install the new top bar icon

talking about 'crawl' .. this is what i always do to make my TP gets faster n responsive without softreset.. this is a well-known trickk but i just wanna share for those who dont know yet

1. open registry editing software n goto registry HKCR/CLSID
2. export that CLSID to any folder
3. close the program
4. re-open the program n import again the clsid

my device getting faster after perform that tweak

what ROM are u using? HTC latest ROM or cooked one? i suggest u to change your Radio.. i'm currently using 1.12.25.19 ... no need to hardreset, but make sure ur device is HardSPL'ed first... Read here on how to change ur Radio

Added on April 7, 2009, 11:16 am1. i dunno how to resize the sms.. and IMO, u can't change the size.. anyway u still have another choice to use the ordinary sms which has bigger letter size
2. i dont have "wifi won't go off" problem.. in fact i'm currently using the wifi to reply this post on my TP
3. and my weather is update-able.. try use 3G connection to update ur weather instead of wifi
