but seriously going all the way to the boss and getting swiped with a 1 shot kill and have to start all over again at the starting point, not cool at all.

thats is call player skill, u need tactics to kill the boss... u cant just rush all the way and hoping u can slash boss with lucky method... all u need to do just keep calm.. and do ur full tactic even on normal monster...so ur HP wont reduced abit when u arrive at boss... yeah.. its annoying to that all over again... and after hardwork of thinking strategies...then get wipe out in 1 hit from boss... try master rolling and evasion its help.. u cannot just relying on ur pure def..coz it wont do the justice.. minimize from getting hit possible.. and one more thing.. raise up ur self confident and said..." this guy was easy, i can slay him if I do ........" repeat this word each time u losing..cos it will help u to make better strategic battle... *rest ur fear, believe in wisdom and fury with blade* <---- slogan untuk hari ini

i dont mind learning the boss movement and all , but going back to the starting point and to do it all over again just to learn the boss. why so harsh.

yeah.. that makes many player stucked on certain part this game... all player that play this game feel same as u laaa... even me like that when start...after several times finding all the clue to fight the boss, suddenly feel..this game was not hard at all, just need patience.. and when u manage to slay something that not everyone can do or archive.... its really make u release all of ur stress. Demons Soul is not a game for everyone, but its for people that who want to test their capabilities in handling hard things...

trust me.. this game not hard enough, u just need to understand hows the game works first..

so.. try ur best, give it a shot!!.. Demons are not strong to defeat u, ur soul more stronger, I can see them...lol

thats how i feel when i slay the phalanx , the 1st boss at 1-1, my 1st though this is impossible , but then the starting point when u die and the boss is very near , just need to go straight slay some low lvl creatures and ur there.

so now a quiz , do u know why the 1st demon is called the phalanx ? any one ? clue is look what weapon he is using and the style it have. hehe

oh btw , eventho i feel frustrated with the game , i dont feel regret getting it 1st time around. its either this or region 1 kz2 which was too expensive at the shop, im waiting for region 3 but no stock.

coz its use shield and spear lol.... seems like protector... like 300 movie style.. where all block with shield and strike back with lances... good def and assault tactics



hehe.. i can see that u will play this game longer than kz2, coz many other people also said same... they spend to this game much more that actually spend on kz2... but its still depends on ur liking lol

actually ur half correct , the phalanx is the formation that the spartan use to protect themself at the same time attack , like in the 300 movie that u said.
we have to be geek enough to answer those kind of question ahahaha...

btw how do we play with each other ? i mean play with lowyat ppl , just set a time and set down the blue stone and msg each other in forum to wait where and activate each other stone ? hahaha so troublesome....

the copper key is on ur right when u first enter with 2 enermies on top of the castle and they arrows u.... then u need to find ur way on ur left all the way up to kill the 2 enermies with arrow then go down the other staircase.. u will get the key to unlock the seller....

damn i just rekill the tower knight second time... this time it's so hard!! previously i can go meelee and attack him like a mouse and elephant game.... this time i had to use my bow and shoot him from top slowly..... his shield stun attack can one hit kill me!!! even my compatriot phantoms died!!!

i already know the effect on new game ++, thats why im hunting all the trophies and king doran in first game... coz.. it will be harder on second round.. just need 6 chuck of each stone type.. to unlock all trophies for best weapon yehaaa..

Added on March 7, 2009, 3:40 pmeven now.. old hero deal 1/3 dmg of my total 1500 hp.... if new game++ maybe 1 hit instant KO i guess hahaha.. and i manage to meet virgin demon on pure black stonefang tunnel...its hard lol

managed to finished the game in about one week plus

I still stuck with my fragile thief on initial level.

1-2, died
2-1, died
3-1, died
4-1, died
Till dunno where to go liao.

Maybe is my mistake that i put all attribute into LUCK.

i think u should go to 2-1... there got lots of stone for u to upgrade ur weapon..... 2-1 u have to be very patient with the magician and dont go to the flame lizzard yet....hope this help u

flame magician arghhh!!!! im trying to use water veil to minimize the fire damage. i dont know if it will work... but this game will surely keep me going for a long time. wish oblivion has this kind of visual style.

yeah.. its ultimate weapon for curved sword.... u can upgrade it until 10 times using colourless demon soul, which is u need to kill virgin demon that only appear on pure black tendency...

I also got Morion Blade, Stormruler and Gripless

master cottonbud, how do u kill the other dragon ??

yerp.. u can upgrade it to +10...but it really hard lol..since virgiin demon are strong enough to kill u in 1 hit...
