sorry if this has been asked in the past 22 pages , but how similar is this game to oblivion ? i saw some youtube video , doesnt feel like oblivion but i keep on hearing ppl comment this game is like oblivion. anyone care to comment about this ?

glad its not like oblivion , i hate that game donno why.... im checking this game out for sure. ( rpg so rare on ps3 )

ya la , why this game so hard huhuhu , im on the 1st boletarian palace keep on dying and hv to restart all the way at the beginning , how to invite and stuff?

yeah i notice when i playing , my psn disconnect , my game will stop , at 1st im annoy at this but then when i resume game , its at the spot where my psn disconnected. huhu . this game quite addictive to be honest , running while the dragon chase u with fire coming out of its mouth , priceless.

how to upgrade weapon with demon soul ?

um.. so the 1st demon soul that i got , i use it already to get soul , that one cant get back ?

im still on this game , cant put it away man...... eventho it is full of flaws but still addictive...

but seriously going all the way to the boss and getting swiped with a 1 shot kill and have to start all over again at the starting point, not cool at all.

i dont mind learning the boss movement and all , but going back to the starting point and to do it all over again just to learn the boss. why so harsh.

thats how i feel when i slay the phalanx , the 1st boss at 1-1, my 1st though this is impossible , but then the starting point when u die and the boss is very near , just need to go straight slay some low lvl creatures and ur there.

so now a quiz , do u know why the 1st demon is called the phalanx ? any one ? clue is look what weapon he is using and the style it have. hehe

oh btw , eventho i feel frustrated with the game , i dont feel regret getting it 1st time around. its either this or region 1 kz2 which was too expensive at the shop, im waiting for region 3 but no stock.

actually ur half correct , the phalanx is the formation that the spartan use to protect themself at the same time attack , like in the 300 movie that u said.
we have to be geek enough to answer those kind of question ahahaha...

btw how do we play with each other ? i mean play with lowyat ppl , just set a time and set down the blue stone and msg each other in forum to wait where and activate each other stone ? hahaha so troublesome....

flame magician arghhh!!!! im trying to use water veil to minimize the fire damage. i dont know if it will work... but this game will surely keep me going for a long time. wish oblivion has this kind of visual style.

just finished 2-1 , killing the spider boss , with a phantom help hehe, i revive and summon a phantom to help me out with the boss fight , he was powerful the phantom, basically i just melee the damn spider while he shoot magic to it till it was dead, doest take long. this game is awesome!!

btw i played around from 5am till now...

this game will separate between the boys and the men.

found a thread in other forum about demon's soul , the thread title is Demon's soul : you know its hard when the box art shows you are dead.....

i lol so hard.. later i find back the link , i put it up here and maybe we can kumpul all the link we find regarding demon' soul in 1st page.

20 hour and just 3-4 demon killed..... huhu im getting my money worth with this game.

i learn a few tricks to curb my frustration hahaha, everytime die i push the ps button on the joypad, imagine going all the way back to front in tower of latria after dying to fool's idol ... lalalala in that place ppl tend to go mad!!!!

THATS HARDCORE......... with capital letters. my heart very weak cant take all that , so i just reload at the fog directly after quiting game. 5- 6 for fool's idol , flame lurker i quit after the 8th attempt even with coop..... cant tackle that guy....

seriously this game feels next gen , not because of its graphic, but for its innovative online play, for example in 4-1 i killed all mobs until the big fat ugly demon, i went back to the start and search for the blue light and pick up 2 coop partners and help me take him down. coolness. Not to mention the black phantoms coming in and disturbing us. everytime i fight a black phantom , my hand will tremble with excitement.

finally a whooping level 25 , yeah baby , got the hp regen and mp regen ring this game gonna be a breeze after this yeahhhhhh.....

must remember , if want to invite ppl into your world for coop and help u out , u must not be in soul form , u must be living then only u can see the blue light on the floor , even that u only see the ones that is plus minus 10 level from u i think , i read somewhere. tower knight easy , melee his ankle until he go down and melee his head. just keep ur distance with him , and watch his pattern, attack his ankle when u know his pattern. he will go down. and attack his head. easy, but daunting when u fight him for the 1st few times.
