Bloody celcom,the more they update the more problem they are giving to their customer,previously i can see my usage ,now totally nothing.

i cant seems to send sms to another network from celcom..

I have been having many problems with my with Celcom recently. Sometimes cant makes calls and sms.

call the cs make a complain or complain to mcmc..

It's ok, my UOX gonna expire soon, gonna port out to either Maxis or Digi.

Axiata expect to spend rm4 to rm4.5bil this year mainly for upgrading network facilities and coverage. So for those experiencing network problem (such as network busy, msg delay, slow speed, etc) please be patient, if you can't wait u are free to port out to other telcos :-)

As you can see, Celcom MOUs (average minutes of use per subscriber) is much more higher compare to other. This mean Celcom network need to handle higher traffic. Plus, all the MVNOs also sharing the same network.

At the same time Celcom still leading in Broadband segment, with total subscribers (as today) exceeding 600k. That also sharing the same network resource. I kinda upset with Celcom performance recently, Celcom service is among the best few years ago, but now not anymore due to increase no of subscribers and traffic

Wow, u must really like Celcom. I am sorry to say but Celcom is really terrible currently compared to Maxis andd Digi (i am using both). I've already waited for some time for them to upgrade but no difference. Like you said, those cant wait, can port out. Less business for Celcom but same time loyal users can experience better service.

I have to agree with above. First they launch amazing plan then suddenly slowly alter the plan that whats so pissing off. Even i ported my celcom to hotlink thats why the 100 days grace period to 50 days didnt effect me.

u are not yet 26 right? so now 25? i think u can try port to hotlink youth club(hyc).. HYC can get 4 years validity..

My second line is HYC. Very satisfied with it unlike my UOX which is my mainline. Will try to port to HYC, if cannot i will try Happy.

Erm.. Is there any celcom contract to get a phone (Samsung S5230w)?

anyone paying Celcom bill with Credit card? which I mean as in auto pay, then later on you just pay the bill back to respective bank.

whether I select yes or no, my credit declined approximately RM2.50
I called already 1111 (celcom help center) but they do not know what the problem

there was many times I got download messages
I never register any other applications before
