that depends on your luck... mine's quite tight... but my friend is not that lucky... his DX were very loose.... especially his VF-25S... the whole upper body collapse once your finger on it....

Isn't that stupid (Bandai)? We paid so much for the toy (compare to Transformers) but yet have this kind of unacceptable defeats.

yah... unequal QC.... that's why I'm still in the stage of considering to buy my 2nd DX...

but perhaps puttying it like what they did on Gundam model kit will help.... have to ask bro Chris Woo the custom Gundam expert...

Hi, the joining part of DX Alto in the photo below seems can't hold tightly to support upper body. I wonder how it stand if Alto is carrying Armored parts. Any ideas how to address it?  rclxub.gif

Yes ajis. It is quite loose. not sure if the modelling putty, or a layer of super glue can help.
*
I guess it caused by bad CC then, but mine seems fine..all the joining pegs are tight hmm.gif

I guess sooner or later it will become looser...unless we don't transform it.
They should make this part like a locker. vmad.gif

BTW, According to what I saw in http://www.toysdaily.com/discuz/thread-88929-1-1.html
that DX 25-s Ozma with armored set has more attachment holes. The new Ozma needs more points to attach with armore set.

Gentlemen, get ready to sell away our existing Alto and Ozma. doh.gif

er.. I played VF-25 and transformed it quite often, so far no problem at all, of course with caution and extra intention at shoulder plastic+diecast that attach with the upper body

I preordered at Shiok Toys for RM718. I somehow think that's overpriced la... sigh

anyway got my RVF-25 from bro richard today. it's fantastic, no two tones.

Bro Richard, thanks and great to deal with you!

I already expected this from Bandai, and looks like they fixed the short neck on the Ozma armored kit. I might consider the DX for that. wink.gif

Oh Yamato's 1/60 Fan Racer.

According to what Richard calculated previously, it should be around RM690. Need to double check with him again.

considering the current QC issues plaguing the VF-25, it could make the armored VF-25S even worse.

heavier armor = more stress on joints. imagine getting a bad one, and all the limbs will just sag from all the weight.

sigh, hopefully bandai can fix the problems...so tempted to get the armored messiah...

This is probably a bit off topic, last week just got my Macross first generation anime DVD collection. It's Japanese voice-dub but with English sub..never thought that Lyn Minmay song, 'Watashi no Kare wa Pilot'/ My Boyfriend is a Pilot, is the same song sang by Ranka Lee from Macross Frontier! in part where she participated in Miss Galaxy biggrin.gif

It sure does bring some memories and I always have a crush with Minmay wub.gif
