can anyone know how to solve this:

1)i go to maps, then tools>setting>go online.
(Then this will auto connect to service provider but will not let me choose to connect wifi o service provider.) I had set in setting>positioning>positioning server>always ask. But why still i can't use wifi in wifi area when using map?

So how can i set it back as last time i can choose the server to use when connect map to go online?

You cant. Wifi cant follow you everywhere so there is no selection for wifi, only telco networks.
why do you need to go online to use maps?

hi guys, anyone know how to:

1. disable camera shutter sound
2. disable red light when video recording
3. use the dual LED as a torch light
4. have your picture gallery organised (the nokia in built gallery quite messy, i have 700+ pictures from my old phone, so browsing is quite a pain. much easier to see in folders, but the file manager doesn't show thumbnails, kinda looking for something like resco viewer/older s60 gallery interface)

thanks!

yeah..the navi wheel for me also doesn't light up...

BTW, hell yeah.. i wanna disable the camera shutter sound but i heard we need to upgrade or change the firmware to dunno what region.. and the gallery... its quite weird when lets say.. u have taken 80++ in a day.. it will organize following the date u took .. but if exists a certain number.. it will create another folder inside the 'dated' folder... lets say B after the A folder... rclxub.gif rclxub.gif rclxub.gif this is crazy and so unorganized!!!

1) you have bare for now...cant do much
2) again...bare with...its said to be there due to privacy policy
3) should be coming out soon rclxms.gif but for now, the only know thing I know off is SpotOn but but doesnt fully work on FP2 but its a cool feature. ALso watch out for Ntorch release.
4) save to your PC...solves the mess! tongue.gif Just google there are many photo organizers. The current way of Nokia...is fine by me. Having it on folders with date stamp. You could change that setting as well

thanks for the reply veejay.

having it on folders with date stamp. that one memang got but then when u view it in the gallery it doesnt make a difference since they show everything. i have like 800 photos and have to browse thru one by one to find the one i wanna show ppl. quite troublesome.

the only alternative photo organizer i found is resco photo viewer. and that one must pay one. can't find a .. "free" version around. hehe.

thanks anyway. how does spot on work?

cheers.
