can oil filter be changed without changing the oil??

Yes according to my experience... Got once my old City leaks oil after service, I went back to the shop and tell them, they just change a new oil filter for me, and pour back some oil lost to leakage.

Im currently driving a civic ek4 with ek9 tranny and thinking of changing to b18cr engine kosong. Anybody done this conversion before? I wanna know wat parts can use back from my ek4 si.

I think most ppl out there prefer Ek bcos of the accessories and engine spec. So many EJ owner converting their car to EK parts.
