Hi Felice.
i now still negotiating the civic 1.8 06 with my fren
he selling me at 88k!but i bargain till 86k!
brown silver color with very good condition, bodykit, new types.
but one down site is the car mileage currently clock at 75k.
i not sure the mileage is it the problem.
becoz base on my experience even the mileage is high, provided take care the car very well than should not a problem.
since you said the car is aug 2006 that mean if you buy now you still have 3 month warranty since honda give 3 yrs warranty.
b4 you drive just follow the seller go to any honda service center to check the car.
honda will give free checking on the car c whether have problem or not.if yes those part under warrantly can straight away change it if u fill up the complaint form.
they will change it for you if still under warranty.

Oh...coz my budget is 80k to 90k only...so is it can get 07' car?06' i think not so worth for it...
and the mileage only 20k++...if that is 07' car and it's condition with interior and exterior all perfect and good, i will take it immediatelly.

but like this brother said...we can go to honda service centre to check it where got problem thn change for us...it's very WORTH!! thumbup.gif

Hi!
But bear in mind that!
the mileage can change so becareful.
even is digital mileage it still can reset to lower mileage in less than 15 minute.
so becareful.
always check the service book, resit & last service mileage.
if the 2nd hand car dealer not providing any service book for you to check.
u better dont take the car eventhough the mileage is good.
give you example:
i have been to the 2nd hand dealer to look for the car.
then i saw the car i like ,then the SA said this car very well take care.
i straight away ask 1 question?did the car have service book or not?
the SA said dont know put where & alot excuse!
i said to him if the car owner very well take care a car, dont tell me a service book the owner cant keep??logic?
so play smart the 2nd hand dealer.
they like to con people.

just got my civic last saturday.

everything is great except the radio function which cannot even support the RDS (radio text, i.e. showing MixFM when tuned to 94.5) and auto tuning. When reading the manual, I found that mine (and most probably Msia batch civics 2.0) is installed with "Type-D" player, which has FM, AM and CD/Aux buttons compared to "Type-C" which has FM/AM (combined into 1 button), CD/Aux and TP(not sure whats that) but fully supports RDS and Auto tuning.

Anyone here got the Type-C one? Easy to distinguish: Type-D has FM and AM button separately, but Type-C one has FM/AM combined into the first button.

Tried to call Honda Malaysia but they asked me to call the SC instead (too bad my SC is closed for this weekend)

well.. not too light until u strip the weight 500kg la sweat.gif

normally there's a wing (downforce) to keep ur car down ma sweat.gif

plus; most EF; EG; EK are stripped to the bones; the chassis; door; bumper; hood all swap with lighter material if not punched holes all over sweat.gif

i dont see them flying @ sepang laugh.gif
