B16B? that engine aint cheap...if i remember correctly..halfcut alone is above 10k.

B18C... which one? GSR or Type R? Type R also halfcut above 10k iirc.

but if B16A or B18C GSR... then the cost will be around 7-10k siap pasang etc.



if u dun wanna play performance etc and just want comfort and daily driveability... then sell it off and get a new car...but if performance is wat ur after...definitely an engine transplant.

LSD n no LSD oso 2 litres?

GAB should be good... go check that one out at RS One in Kepong...

a simple check on mudah.my can give already answer one of ur questions... or at least give u a rough estimate (coz autos not many around....most people would buy a normal 1.6 engine instead of an SiR if theyre gonna go auto...like damn waste buy auto for a B16A)

if u were to get adjustable hi-lo & soft/hard....u just need the workshop to set the height that ur comfortable with...

damping settings is definitely a trial and error thing...coz diff butt diff preferences...

i have tein flex on my eg6 and for comfort...ill just set everything to the softest...surprisingly the handling even at softest is still pretty decent.

but for spirited drive, im still playing around with the settings a little bit here n there to see which gives me best handling with least roll...

take note that ur rear should typically be 2-4 steps softer than ur front. ur front has to handle the weight of ur engine...

not nice la.... the feel of a bucket is totally different...

now using stock EG6 seats and i feel "gayat"....so not cool...

bucket doesnt always mean full buckets ler.... the recaro SR3 from the Type R Civic EK9 & Integra DC2 are actually very comfortable. easy to get in and out... etc etc

but still holds pretty well in corners....

only downside is that theyre 15kgs per seat

theres still other options like Levin seats, recaro enjoy, recaro fishnet.. etc etc... all pretty decent.

im tagetting either the SR3 or Bride Low Max GIAS (replica) or Sparco Prodrive (replica)....still havent decided...
