Don't worry, usually DiGi will give you a few days before they bar your line even if your bill is already due. They'll give you even longer time to pay when their system is down and the billing is delayed. So when they bar you, you should know that they already given you many many chances by extending a few days till they have no choice but to bar you.

Let me put it in a simple way to understand

Your current balance is RM26.42
- Your total outstanding which has been billed. If you didn't pay your last month's bill, you'll see it here. If you didn't pay 2 months' bill. You'll see the total of the 2 months bill here.

Your unbilled amount is RM3.25
- Take for example, your bill cycle is on the 1st of every month. Unbilled amount means whatever amount which haven't been billed and usage up to today from the 1st day of your bill cycle. If your billcycle on 8th, it means from 8th of February 2009 until today, you've already used RM3.25. You can use this to track whether you've utilized the commitment or you've exceeded the commitment.

Yeah, unlike Maxis will bar line very fast. I need to unbar the line almost every month.
That's the reason why I prefer DiGi to Maxis. I keep promoting DiGi to my friends and family members until at one point, my university mates thought DiGi has employed me for internship.

If they merged to be your supplementary line, the RM300 will be combined into your account and will deduct your next payment until it finishes.

mine are activated and i got the pol no. too... their coverage are by AIG if i'm not mistaken...

Everyone, Last time I already said I intend to switch my Supplementary 1 Family Plan number to Digi Prepaid,
But I found out that

1) It is impossible to port out from supplementary line to become a prepaid line no matter which service provider. Celcom CS said that all number along with the main number should be ported out together!!!!!!
-- Since I wan my number alone to switch only, is there any other way to do so? (Celcom, Hotlink, Digi all do not allow supplementary line to port out...)
(This also means that the initial plan : Digi postpaid > Celcom prepaid / Hotlink > Digi Prepaid cannot be done)
