QUOTE(watsup99 @ Feb 3 2009, 01:46 PM) i just switch my maxis to digi since yesterday.... forgot to ask the dealer when will refund the deposit... may i know when can recieve the deposit from maxis? I've switched to Digi too, about a a week ago. The deposit according to maxis will be sent to your address in a cheque after 2 months. LOL wonder why they take that long to refund the deposit. QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 3 2009, 07:49 PM) Expected this month can be used and official in March. 3g soon? woohoo....changed just in time!!!....do you think they will increase the unlimited data plan from rm66 after they launch 3g ??? LOL wonder why they take that long to refund the deposit. Same goes to DiGi. If you terminate your account. It takes 2 billing cycle for them to refund your deposit via cheque. It's for them to make sure you have cleared everything before giving you back the deposit QUOTE(skitZo` @ Feb 3 2009, 08:00 PM) 3g soon? woohoo....changed just in time!!!....do you think they will increase the unlimited data plan from rm66 after they launch 3g ??? I doubt that, they'll introduce 3 difference plans for 3G broadband.

QUOTE(vikingw2k @ Feb 3 2009, 06:04 PM) Call in to the Customer Service, lodge a report about the low signal problem. Give them a week or two. Call back again and see what they've done for you will they really do something about it? if they do, it will be so cool. DiGi always have a bad coverage here. Maybe my uni is near the forest..

They will investigate, and will get back to you once it's rectified. They are not like those you-know-what department. Whatever you report will be chucked under the carpet.

Hello, has a problem here. I switched to Digi postpaid. The person told me that i have to continue use the prepaid sim card until it deactivates, then i can switch to postpaid sim card. However, after the sim card got deactivated, my postpaid sim card still yet to be activated. Is it normal?
How long i need to wait? Do i need to find the person? We both have more than RM50 in our prepaid account before they got deactivated.
Thank you.

They'll deliver via Citylink and you'll need to produce your original I.C in order to collect it. QUOTE(Fortunatus @ Feb 3 2009, 10:42 PM) Hello, has a problem here. I switched to Digi postpaid. Call the customer service to check on your status should it's still in inactive status tomorrow
