just help my gf port to digi prepaid from hotlink.

then port from prepaid to postpaid. we been charged for RM50 advanced payment to enable the prepaid transfer to postpaid.. (the staff said need the RM50 to be maintained in the prepaid account then only can transfer to postpaid).

is it?

Yes, regardless main line or supplementary line will be charged RM 50.00 as advanced payment, don't worry as it will be rebated in the next bill. smile.gif

Well, if you port your GF's Hotlink straight to DiGi postpaid, then not need to pay this RM 50.00. smile.gif DiGi gives this off to new port-in users. smile.gif
DiGi postpaid: Can straight register for DiGi postpaid for free.
DiGi prepaid: Get free 365 days of validity.

bcoz of my gf's hotlink is registered under her name, so the staff told me need to go back to maxis to re-register under my name first then only can port from hotlink straight to digi postpaid, else need to double port. (port to prepaid first then postpaid with rm50 advanced payment)

1hour ago my gf's line ported to digi prepaid successfully, hope the next 2 days can transfer to postpaid soon~ smile.gif

ey, actually both numbers (mine and my bf's) were registered under my name. (bcoz i bought it @ S'wak and he's not there..)
is there any way to change it? because my bf always having problem when calling cust. service since the number registered under my name. always need to refer to me.

Just wanna confirm how long i hv to top up to keep my balance credit

Within how long i hv to top up to keep my balance, cause i found that hotlink will forfeited my balance when i top up 30days after my credit expire

Your attached link shows me nothing, it seems an error. smile.gif

DiGi has 90 days and your no. will be recycled after that, even if you reload back, you won't get back the no. smile.gif

As extracted from: http://www.digi.com.my/prepaid/tnc/pre_tnc.do

That means DiGi will not forfeit any credit even if it has expired, you can still receive calls, SMS and MMS. Just that after 90 days and if no reload is performed, your remaining balance will be forfeited together with the no. will be recycled. Once the no. has been recycled, you won't have the chance to get back the no. smile.gif
