dun say new phone..they cant even get those already compatible phones to be working 100%. I set up for my friends w910. It worked a couple of days and then it stopped working. I called up DiGi they say all I can do is wait -,-"

im getting really irritated with Digi nowdays. Suddenly in my bill i have calls made on February, and wen i ask D'chat, they said technical problem and it has been readjusted thus being billed for this month. Fine.
I also asked them y calls i made on 6 n 7 were billed for the next month starting 8th as my billing date is until 7th. She said the same technical problem which they are working on trying to improvise. Then she ended the chat.
WTH? calls made on february can find out n charge again, but same problem with billing date cannot adjust??? this happens 2 times already, and whats not surprising is that for the both month i did not reach rm50 commitment and made many many calls on 6th and 7th. Are they purposely doing this?!!!!
Added on May 21, 2009, 8:51 amcan anyone provide me with DG's email address, to make complaint regarding service. tnx.

DiGi charges you for the rates when signing in. i tried it so many times it ate up rm5
