hi... i have a question
my billing date is frm 8th untill 7th (i.e. 8th march - 7th april)
on 7th March i did talktime transfer since i didn not used up my rm50 quota(DG 1 plan). But it was not billed on march statement but on april statement. What im confused is that in April statement its clearly stated talktime transfer done on 7th.
Can i bring this up to DG and request them to readjust my bills?

im getting really irritated with Digi nowdays. Suddenly in my bill i have calls made on February, and wen i ask D'chat, they said technical problem and it has been readjusted thus being billed for this month. Fine.
I also asked them y calls i made on 6 n 7 were billed for the next month starting 8th as my billing date is until 7th. She said the same technical problem which they are working on trying to improvise. Then she ended the chat.
WTH? calls made on february can find out n charge again, but same problem with billing date cannot adjust??? this happens 2 times already, and whats not surprising is that for the both month i did not reach rm50 commitment and made many many calls on 6th and 7th. Are they purposely doing this?!!!!
Added on May 21, 2009, 8:51 amcan anyone provide me with DG's email address, to make complaint regarding service. tnx.
