QUOTE(saimatkong @ Mar 27 2009, 12:26 PM) i said, i was never appreciate by them even i am a loyal customer for 9 years. + digi gives better promotion, cheap rate. then, she told me to change to maxis postpaid. i said, digi postpaid are the cheapest than other telcos. maybe she thinks i didnt do my homework.. admits with my facts, then she said if i want to port back to maxis, i am welcome. i said thanks, but using maxis once is enough.QUOTE(Thrust @ Mar 27 2009, 12:27 PM) its ok. but never reply if they want you to choose yes or no. bcause sometime its a scam. |

QUOTE(myahsam @ Mar 27 2009, 12:35 PM) I went to an authorized Digi dealer to switch my existing prepaid hotlink to digi postpaid yesterday. yeah. if u want to change to postpaid, u have to pay (topup) at least rm50. they will change ur current line to digi in couple days. u will get -rm50 in ur 1st bill. but if u want to change to prepaid, its free. The dealer told me as I was using hotlink prepaid, the procedures are a bit different with others. I need to give them RM50 to buy a digi prepaid, and convert it to digi postpaid. The dealer also told me, the RM50 I paid will then become advance payment to my digi postpaid. I have been waiting my digi line (both prepaid and postpaid) to be activated. It is already 12 hours ++, and yet activated. Did I con by the dealer? QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 27 2009, 04:02 PM) Wait. Just now you said you changed from prepaid to postpaid is current DiGi line or switch from other telco and straight to DiGi postpaid? yesterday, i make 2 transaction. hotlink to digi i like & my current digi prepaid to postpaid. my hotlink will change in couple of days because i already received sms from both maxis n digi. For your question, DiGi postpaid will only use *128# as menu access. as my digi pre-to-post (as i was told this term from the digi salesperson), within 12 hours, my digi prepaid will inactive. so, just now, i change my new postpaid simcard. thats why i confius when the menu *128# said DIGI MENU PREPAID. other than that, all is ok. i make my 1st call already. yeah, guest i will wait until it fully change before i do anything.. QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 27 2009, 04:29 PM) DiGi I Like is DiGi Prepaid I Like? oh. i thought all switch to postpaid have to pay rm50. maybe they did change their policy. If current DiGi prepaid to postpaid, yes you need to have RM 50 credit. Just now myahsam asked is from Hotlink straight port to DiGi Postpaid I Heart Savings. Last I heard DiGi gives free activation and without advanced payment for any new MNP to DiGi postpaid. Well, I might be wrong because the policy may have changed... |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Mar 27 2009, 04:39 PM) I don't know, probably yes. i think the promotion is still valid. but maybe in myahsam case, the salesperson using different method. maxis pre to digi pre. then, digi pre to digi post. maybe MNP to postpaid from other telco got problem rite now like celcom. (my friend encounter this because he want to MNP fm maxis to celcom postpaid but after 1 month, his line still didnt change)..http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...29&sec=business The last 6 lines. This news might be outdated but the prepaid promotion is still valid. but bottom line is, it still free. the different is, he have to pay 1st or pay later.
