Well, it might be a mistake too because I have asked them today, due to the server problem. We, D' Campus users got that SMS too when we are not supposed to get because we are not eligible for that.

maxis sucks big time la, last time i use lag like hell, always disconnects.
while celcom, when i cant connect, will hang all day.
