Hey, i wanted to know that after i download this Digi WLM , i can go through internet for free too??

Hey how come when i type " msn " to 2016. After that a message came . So i click go to. While its connecting , then suddenly appear " Connection Failure. Check settings , if problem persists , please contact your operator for support " what the hell is happening ? someone help me ?
