yes the emanage are very much low profile and more controlling point compare to AFC Neo which Emanage has 256point (hi and low throttle) while AFC Neo 32 point. AFC Neo can tune on the spot while Emanage got to plug in the laptop, so if u wanna do on road tuning with wideband sensor then emanage will be very difficult, unless the wideband gadget like Innovate LM2 that able to store data then different story.

If u want more precise setting and control of A/F then go for e-manage. But the due to alot points then the tuning will take alot of time and more headache. If u want more simple and straight forward piggy then AFC Neo. If i given 2nd chance to choose piggy i'll go for e-manage.

I heard alot of ppl can't use e-manage on campro Siemen VDO ECU but yes for AFC Neo.

The engage light i mentioned is when u r in CPS zone there is some DIY LED light up, it's is good for us to do visual checking whether the CPS is engage or else. Sometime the click sound are too small to aware of.

last time i have a forum buddy who did his campro with AFC Neo. If I'm not mistaken he did the installation from either JC or N1. Perhaps u can ask JC 1st and see whether they can install for campro and u can ask them is that got 1 gen2 black install the AFC from them and take part in Sepang Drag. Over here in PG got shop that able to install AFC for campro.

ooh yea....now i remember is JC. When i last met him at sepang drag his car is with huge JC Racing sticker on the body. So confirm is JC. Comment from him they did a good job to his car on AFC Neo. Hopefully the AFC Neo can control the CPS engage point hehehe....

Yo bros, wondering about service interval. I just serviced my car at an authorised SC last friday and the guy told me that actually service interval is 10k for campro cars and that includes CPS after the first 3 services. I haven't asked any proton SCs nor iCare.  The guy said semi-synth 10k interval. Fully synth also 10k interval coz the oil filter cannot tahan. Air filter the only thing need to check every 5k, need to change if too clogged up.

Maybe I'll call iCare later to confirm this but anyone here using fully synthetic and maintaining a 10k service interval?

Added on March 9, 2009, 9:37 pmAlso I noted that eastwest updated Waja CPS fuel consumption on the front page. I averaged 0.14+ cents per km when outstation (90%highway/out of town + 10% city driving. About 12+km/l driving the Gen2 CPS

Will update on 40% city driving + 60% highway/out of town later.

*paiseh* I also use naked eyes to see from engine bay, just right after the flexible pipe, the size is 2.2" piping, inlet around 2.1" for galvanized steel material that most new proton using. Hope the cat-con after the header is good quality and don't clog that fast, else, FC buruk.

i suggest u to let proton service until end of warranty, in case anything happen u still can hold them responsible.

jctasoga: For now seems like have limited mods for CPS. Extractor and camshaft not out yet. For exhaust the easiest part seems to be to remove catcon. Still not decided if worth to change filter... Other than that is just the cosmetics and change to lowered spring. Dun think will upgrade rims until first set of tyres habis. But now considering changing stock tyres to Maxxis Victra MA-Z1 recommanded in the Gen2 thread. Got good online reviews for it as well. Since my tyres are new now I thought can probably get a better price for trade-in.

I don't think we have enough people here to get big discount bulk buy, hahaha...
Anyway, what's the expected performance gain?

Well, 2.2" piping is actually reserved for MIVEC 1.6 (4g92) at my personal experience. If CPS is acting like MIVEC, 2.2" full piping without cat (replaced by 4-2-1) , definitely it is nicer to cruise in higher rpm band. CAT is like a MUST for every car nowadays to show the gratitude towards the GREEN. So, for power optimization, CAT is the obstacle.

The CPS extractor that i have is 1.7" pipes fully covered for 4-2-1. Bigger not always better because there is delta pressure that is undeniably crucial for an exhaust system to get the right power at the right time.

My 2 cents. I'm looking forward for Sifoo-Sifoo to B.O.T Waja CPS(M). Please share some info regarding it ..dont keep keep!! haha

Not to doubt you, kweng84, but is your CPS extractor proven to have power gain? Just that all the other tuning places, e.g. R3, Powerzone all say still under R&D...
BTW, what exhaust mods do you recommend for Gen2 CPS auto?

erhm.. do u think its the clips from the centre console tats making the rattling noise? or is it coming from engine bay? wat kind of rattle? steel hit plastic or steel hit steel?

thats the worse part.. wan to respray too expensive... touch up paint.. will pain also coz reminded of the scratch... but its a daily driven car.. sure got scratches wan...

oooh... i thought the 4-1 extractor n the cat-con is built as one unit coz they are so close together. some more the heat shield is blocking the way.. by the way, waja n gen2 cps should have the same extractor n cat con isn't it?

well making the LED module is not difficult actually, only need to do some soldering. But the searching for the correct wires is real challenge. The worst thing is I do not have CPS to check for the wiring.

humm... Neo just for fuel only...  if fully tune sure not impressive..  we need 2 tune ign timing oso... that will effect much on our engine...  not worth buying expensive items like that...

better save money for haltech interceptor or unichip.... that item can tune afr and ignition timing... than the most important is tuner....
