its because im using an ORI set btw. so there is no english-chinese. these are only for the AP set.

once you update you will lose chinese language support.

if im not mistaken. the CDA is a region code type thing.

so basically you are tampering with the core of your phone because the region is in all aspects of the phone. so its complicated. or something like that. hahaha. not sure.

do the service check. um. forgot the code. just go front page and do the ctrl+f and look up "service" and it should give you the code.

strange that you have updated and it still hangs. try update again sometimes there is some sort of glitch. my phone hangs only once a month. even less sometimes. CDA is very hard thing to change. the guide is on the front page if you are brave enough hahahaha. its from masterzombie.

did you do the calibration again? if it cannot calibrate then it just means you got a messed up touch screen. take back to shop.
to calibrate go... settings>general>setup wizard.

really. still hangs after update? what are you doing at the time of hanging. smsing or gaming or what?
this could be a memory issue. your phone is new and got nothing inside right?

both of you wanna take the phone back to the shop. its probably a hardware issue.
thats why i buy ori. i is penakut and not a gambler. always need backup plan. heheh.

that is probably the issue then huh the whole selling of recon phones. unethical or not. malaysia is the land of boleh! so yeah. anything that can be recon can be sold. even cars smashed up in accidents they ketuk ketuk glue this here and there and the car will be fully operational again .

from my knowledge there is no other stylus that is compatible. how you break your stylus huh? i been using the phone for almost a year already still got both stylus hahahha. you very stressed when using stylus ke?

there were some cases with people breaking theirs but not common. especially not breaking both of them ahhahahaha. most of the people lose their stylus. but i think this phone doesnt need stylus even.

hahahahah. cannot cannot. i may not break it. but in case i lose it. i need the extra one. because ive lost it many times. but luckily found it many times heheh. somes drop on the road when i get out of the car and forget or leave it on the table somewhere hahaha. i forgot how much it costs to get a new stylus. but yeah something like rm50 for ori one. they got fake ones out there too.

well u never know i guess right heheheh. but i guess its a trust thing. with new phone there could be anything wrong. and with second hand at least maybe the person selling is honest and tells you the problems and what not.

well yeah the rm10 is for the fake one. roughly rm30+ for the ori.
but might as well try the fake one. i mean in the end its just a piece of plastic. how hard is that gonna be to make right.

hahahah the only problem with that is..... the stylus wont fit back into your phone. hahahah.
you can use some sort of glue maybe to make a coating on the stylus... but that also might not make it fit back into the phone.

no new version yet. gotta wait till we reach 2500 posts. which is still quite a long ways off heheheh.

ummm... if you buying a new one. i recommend buying the ori.
there is a sudden flood of new buyers having problems with the AP set. i believe its probably them selling recon set or something like that.
another option is buying a second hand one.
