QUOTE(tunertoobe @ Jan 19 2009, 10:04 PM) Oh well, I guess I can stretch my budget a little. Probably to RM400-450. Besides, I've got some extra income coming up. Well if that is your budget then perhaps Sennheiser or Shure would be a better buy.

QUOTE(zx7177 @ Jan 19 2009, 10:02 PM) problem is , the lower end ones dont do justice to the name most cost effective senn IEM that i know of would be the cx300, which should be above his budget of rm200 of course la. but at least still can get a taste of owning one then later on when got money to throw away, go buy better ones

But seriously, the connector/controller jack thingy that Nokia bundles with the 5800 is some quality accessory man... Got fabric sleeve underneath the plastic outer covering the wire... And, the 5800 output quality is "bolehlah ++ a bit", you really want to invest in Entymotics (or however it's spelled) monitor class in-ears? Seriously man, RM200++ is more then enough budget... Get a Shure... This post has been edited by Eiraku: Jan 19 2009, 10:07 PM

QUOTE(zx7177 @ Jan 19 2009, 10:05 PM) etymotics ...... Too much out of my budget. And besides, earphones like that deserves a fully dedicated high end music player. This post has been edited by tunertoobe: Jan 19 2009, 10:09 PM

Get a Shure... Got a point here. In this case, the earphones will be limited by the phone itself which doesn't make much sense to be getting earphones at that range for 5800.

well , if you just need something to use with relatively good quality, i would say that a budget of about rm100 is enough. something like a creative ep630 or razer m100 would suffice
