May i know where you booked your NHC? I'm having the same problem. During booking very good but after booking, call few time but attitude change... Sienz

Personally, I think the side step is a waste of money especially since it cost RM600. For that money you can get some quality soundproofing done to your ride or upgrade the audio speakers, which I think improves the overall quality of the car.

because I've ask my SA about any discount on price or accessories...he said that he cannot give any discount...

No such thing as no discount. Go find another SA. Now getting discount around 1k is quite easy now.

Big lier. Car salesman 'komisen' can goes up to 5k but normally is around 3k. I know this line well

Lol its not his fault la. Salesman will try to get the most out of customer, its their job. As a customer we must try to find the biggest benefit for ourself. So go look for other SA and discuss the price until u feel its reasonable. The manager wouldn't scold him becoz he did nth wrong...

Where are you from? Which branch did you buy from?

I am not sure if you can change SA, maybe you should speak to the Sales Manager at that branch to complain...
