My take?
E-Spec = RM89,800 + Modulo (Not from Honda) RM1,800 (there's a forumer selling) + PPS RM544 + Tinting RM1,650 = RM91,600 = RM93,794

Your Spec,

S Spec + Module = RM89,650 + PPS RM544 + Tinting RM1,650 = RM91,844

The savings that you get with your S-Spec is only RM1,950.... not very significant. that's the cost of maybe the 16" rims only.. You get more with the E-Spec

Yes, you can add it anytime.. be it 6 months, 1 year or 2 years etc.
Well.. over time, your car paint will discolour..so even if the bodykit is using the same body paint as your car.. the colour might be a little different.
If you polish and wax your car religiously..the difference might be less pronounced.
Anyway I suggest to get the E-Spec, since accessories shop can offer bodykits which is just as good in terms of quality (using FRP, ABS or PP)..at a fraction of a cost.

Most people are selling the 2-Point front strut tower bar for RM160.. but I think we can get it for say RM140 - RM150 for bulk

No lar... not everybody gets RM1k discount. Usually RM500 - RM1000. Depends on how desperate the SA is.
Like my bro, his darn SA don't even want to give him a single sen. Even free petrol, maybe give RM20 only.
What a stingy fella. Should've cancelled his booking at that showroom, in hindsight. Luckily I did, for mine.

Yea. I did get back 100% of my refund. Went to another SA which was recommended by my dad, got RM800 + Honda T-Shirt + Honda Umbrella smile.gif
Should've done for my bro too. but thought it wasn't "nice" to cancel both 'cos we had made inquiries etc with the SA before the launch. But realised damn stingy fella. will tell my bro to give bad rating if the survey fella calls him up (i just got called up and participated in honda's survey.. took 40 mins.. dunno got freebie or not..hehe!)

And what's the name of this lock? At least can google it up or something
Looks like this kind of lock is a 'permanent' fixture in the car, isn't it? since it seems to be attached to the floor or something?

Yea, pretty happy with the service from my SA so far.
Btw, if your SA is good or sucky.. if you do get called up by this survey company.. your comments can affect his / her commission.
plus of course the 'points' of the dealer. so if they're sucky to you, you can always complain back..

Oh, Racing Fit. I was there a week ago when I was waiting for my car to be PPS'ed.

You can buy first, if you want a specific number
If not, you can wait for the car to come..then ask your SA to register for you.
down payment? cash or cheque is fine.. cheque however will take a day or so to clear
unless you have a banker's cheque.

You don't need to go to JPJ.
Your SA will get a runner to do it, or he will go himself.
Most of the time it's the runner, save time. When your car is registered
with JPJ, then you can get it. For example, if it gets done on a Monday..
he will tell you to come on a Tuesday to collect it. Cos they usually go
and clean and polish your car the day you collect it (from experience)


P.s. You need to ensure that you have your Insurance ready before it can registered. But usually your SA will kau tim for you.

Can la.. there's no hard and fast rule about this.
Just read your manual. They only say it takes about 1000km to let the 'engine break in'.
100kmh is about 2k rpm. nothing to shout about. if you accidentally reach 3k or something,
there's nothing to be scared la.. the engine isn't tat fragile

however in the manual does say not to brake 'hard' for the first 300km, there's a "run in" period
too hard and you might damage ur brake rotors..
