Side track: WinXP, Win 2000, Win 2000 server, Win 2003 server are all running on Win2000 platform.
Win Vista is on a new platform, Win Vista platform. The replacement upgrade (coming later this year) is Windows 7, which is develop on Win Vista platform also. Platform = something like a car chassis. You can develop multiple Proton Wira version on the chassis. But the New Proton Saga is not on Wira chassis anymore.  |
