Noob question here...

I having problem installing app (eg Y Browser)

1. I dl the .sis from link given on 1st page.
2. I registed my phone -> upload file -> dl the signed sis from http://s60.vgooo.com:801/index.php?action=sign
3. I transfer the sis to my phone, access from file manager then try to install the app.
4. Certification expired ( I ready soft reset my phone twice)

Please guide noob me.

i din go thru that many steps:

just click on http://www.drjukka.com/YBrowser.html

download the 1st one: Y-Browser version 088(5) (Multi language)

it is in sis file. just directly throw it in your memory card (under Others), and continue your step 3. viola!

Added on January 12, 2009, 11:11 amYou must install all the files and folders in the root of the memory card i.e. drive E:, there should be a document explaining how to install together with the zip package, read that. Then it should work perfectly. Don't have it with me so can't show you.

fyi, i havent do any hard reset on my phone yet, however, i dun have that cert expire message either.

i set my messages to be stored in E: Memory Card
Anyone knows which folder exactly will all the messages be kept in???

Guys, something weird happned yesterday. I set my alarm at 720am at the night before sleep and this morning I got awake by my sister, not my Tubey.

Guess what? The phone was turned off while I still have full bar of battery the night before... I had to charge my phone in order to switch on my phone again, which means the battery was drained out during the 8 hours of sleep. No application was on during the sleep, only my alarm...

Anyone can explain this incident?

can any 1 tell me how to check if the front camera is working or not ?

can i use the front camera to take pictures ?

no you can't use front camera to take pictures.

My bad, I simply set the date for the phone after I soft reset.
fixed after I put the correct date after i soft reset again..

try 3G ler.

i remember there is a 3rd part s/w to take self photo by front cam.
