We don't need N'Zogbia.
Pace, trickery, crossing whatever - he has these qualities but does anyone still remember the fact that we have someone called Armand Traore who'll return by the end of the season? He might not have the experience of N'Zogbia yet but he's a similar kind of player so we shouldn't need to spend on the Newcastle winger. |

seem like the arshavin rumours could be true after all..
but if he eventually come to arsenal, how our formation will be? coz if im not mistaken, arshavin usually play as an attacking midfilder/forward.. who should be left out? RVP? hmm... |

QUOTE(udin_014 @ Jan 9 2009, 08:39 PM) seem like the arshavin rumours could be true after all.. He could be used on the wings as Nasri deputises for Fabs as playmaker, or Nasri can move back to the LW and have Arshavin play behind the strikers in AM. If you like, we can also put both Arshavin and Nasri on the wings while Diaby + Denilson takes the two CM berths.but if he eventually come to arsenal, how our formation will be? coz if im not mistaken, arshavin usually play as an attacking midfilder/forward.. who should be left out? RVP? hmm... One more thing to add about N'Zogbia... from what I've read so far everything seems like a rehash of last summer's story where T'ham and us are both going for him. Same old cock 'n bull. Found some extracts of le Boss's interview... more subtle hints at the Russian assassin it seems, but never rule out the possibility of a smoke screen. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « http://gunnerblog.com/?p=1343 This post has been edited by StarGhazzer: Jan 9 2009, 08:45 PM |

Rosicky's contract will end in the end of this season. Again, we might lose him for nothing (like we lost Flamini last season) because of Bosman Rules.
Besides Rosicky, Eboue's contract will also end soon.... Added on January 9, 2009, 9:11 pm QUOTE(udin_014 @ Jan 9 2009, 08:39 PM) seem like the arshavin rumours could be true after all.. Basically he an employ any positions in midfield. His best position still is shadow striker.but if he eventually come to arsenal, how our formation will be? coz if im not mistaken, arshavin usually play as an attacking midfilder/forward.. who should be left out? RVP? hmm... Maybe i can see Diaby and him are playing the similar role... Let's wait n see how AW will put him to suit our existing formation (the question remains: is he coming to Arsenal? i dont think rosicky will go. really, i think he will stay, i have faith. besides, he has not really shown his true worth to us, so he might wanna stay on to show why he came to arsenal in the first place. eboue, i dunno. i dun have faith in him staying..hehe

oh yeah, we do have some reinforcements for west brom against villa this weekend... come on simpson!! =D scoring the winner to help us will put u on track for a good future at arsenal lol! (and a great one if hattrick =P )
we'll need an early goal for this one, bolton will sit back and defend, and we're quite lacking in the creative department at the moment. hopefully we can come away with 3 pts today.. we should to build momentum |

QUOTE ...with the players coming back and the players that have moved into the team since the start of the season in the defensive area, I don’t think we have a big need… I think we can rule out signing any DM at least in this transfers window. I think we only gonna have 1 signing this time. According to this website, Arshavin partied with his Zenit St Petersburg team-mates (farewell I guess). Further suggesting that the rumour did have some truth... source |

Well the big match for this week is Chelsea vs ManU.Lets hope they draw
While on the other hand, signing Arshavin looks very possible now as the price has been slash by 8m to 12m This post has been edited by Azurues: Jan 9 2009, 10:45 PM |

Hey guys, just a little side notes just for the lulz
http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/foo...icle5474171.ece He really geng, on and off the pitch, hahahaha. Anyway, I dont mind AW signing Ashavin actually, as long that he can really be deadly, cause after we lost Hleb, there no player that actually can bring the ball into the opponent penalty box effective enough, the closest we have would be Nasri. And on the side note, due to the reason that Rosicky would be able to play in the center of midfield, I think AW would keep him. Just hope that he would recover before Fabregas and play in that position to show his real worth, cause I always know he is a good player, just he get injured to easily lately. |
