well looks like getting yaya toure is a dream after all since manCity has offer him 24m contract lol.

Well the big match for this week is Chelsea vs ManU.Lets hope they draw . While on the other hand, signing Arshavin looks very possible now as the price has been slash by 8m to 12m This post has been edited by Azurues: Jan 9 2009, 10:45 PM

DAMN!!!Aston villa nearly had a draw with WBA with jay simpson on loan at WBA.
If not for the crappyness of Scott Carson aka WBA keeper, they would at least nick a draw and at best win IT!
Ouch now to see whether arsenal can get 3 points

Bolton parking the bus technique really works as usual.Such boring match again.Diaby and Denilson deserve to stay in bench to threaten their place and tell them to work 10 times harder as they are playing like 2 defensive midfield there.
Adebayor invisible and only rvp giving us the "HOPE".
Now lets hope arsenal can get a dam goal

Tottenham lost to Wigan to a stoppage time goal and i found it really funny.
Not just losing points but losing several players due to injury.
Now time for the big match!

I do agree we need someone very stable just like vidic or Ferdinand. I actually can see djourou or senderos have the potential to become a quality defender but they are too young still to totally control everything. Perhaps too much nervy moment for them making them looks so vulnerable. Besides that,we don't have a good DM anymore after Flamini left.I am more than happy to see signing of a DM rather than getting another forward. Yaya toure will be the best choice but no matter how Barca don't look like selling him for a low price

Kaka is such a loyal person to his club.I believe any player from arsenal will not do such action with the offering of such money lol.
Even myself will be lure by 250,000 per week.
Song is still young and needs more game exposure. He can't see things in a clearer view like how Flamini did.He did not give the extra protection where the defense needed.

Bendtner hit the bar and fail to make it 4-1 sadly. Glad arsenal held strong today despite poor game start. It seems arsenal confidence is holding strong now . And nasri is great once again haha. PS:is this diaby first full 90 minute game in EPL? This post has been edited by Azurues: Jan 18 2009, 03:26 AM

QUOTE(giotto @ Jan 18 2009, 03:54 AM) Correction, David Moyes next match is against Liverpool. Anyways, we did alright today. We finished when it matters most and just as i expected the team to crumble like they did early this season against Hull, we scored another 2. For a moment, we looked like we were panicking against but the introduction of Nicky was the turning point. Nasri was the livewire and creative force again and this time he scored a good goal thanks to a clever pass from RVP. And Nicky's goal was a crucial one. Very good finishing from an equally impressive pass from RVP again. And of coz Ade's first goal was typical. Hard to choose a MOM but if i had to, i'd go for RVP. He assisted 3 goals today and his freekick that hit the post was just wicked! A good win for the Gunners and we're keeping up the tempo now. I think Liverpool would be very pressured to win tomorrow, considering the 4 of the top 5 all won today. What i mean was arsenal next match against everton ~.~. Now now, even Aston Villa can win against Sunderland 10 men..going to take some time before we overtake them. And oh yea, probably the biggest match for Arsenal is at Feb 8 against Totenham Hotspurs.

Arshavin should be heading to arsenal very soon but this probably would change the formation of arsenal.
Arsenal is being very good at playing 4-3-3 position after bendtner sub in and proven to work lots of time.
I wonder what will be the usual starting position then?
Next formation 4-3-1-2?lol

By buying arshavin we actually limit the existence of some players.
I think wenger will rotate the squad frequently to see which is the most promising player to go for victory this season.
Denilson,Song,Diaby all can fit 1 same place so expect a little surprise

Anyway have u guys seen the match where WBA thrash middlesborough? If u guys see how Simpson play,u would want him back to replace adebayor even if he leaves of never. He played so cool and before he was sub off he gets a loud cheer from the crowd although he did not score a goal. Hope he can play for arsenal really well too 1 day.
