symantec softwares are just too annoying... 60 days trial --> better don't install
somemore it's quite heavy until causing around 5 seconds delay in your startup..... which i hate it... therefore i won't use Symantec Products those karpersky and bit defender, i believe that they are quite heavy too, at least for a netbook personally i would recommend avast home edition, at least it works fine even if i surf china websites for torrents, automatically pop out message to block the suspicious websites + download files. i would say it is quite good compare with AVG and Avira(rubbish) |

QUOTE(limyusiong @ Apr 16 2009, 12:47 PM) of course not. it's third party, but offers the same 12 months warranty hp offers. i actually found a website that sell the original batt for half the price, but the shipping was so expensive, it's almost the same if i buy locally.anyways, anyone who wants to buy from ebay, buy the one with the long warranty. most only offers 30/60/90 days only. |
