QUOTE(ralf @ Mar 10 2009, 09:06 PM) Dark color, great for reflection, color depth is better. My favourite paint for detailing work is RED! , follow by dark blue... haha...i see...mine mostly stuck at 180km... Lighter color, car looks visually bigger. Already done 25k km..top speed 190kmh. It take miles to achieve 190kmh..after 175kmh, it is very slow. Once i see the needle tick in between 190-200kmh..somewhere 195kmh..BUT that's not true, have change to smaller wheel..so the speedo is faster abit.. My house 100metres behind is SHELL. Within 1km radius, my area have 1 Petronas, 3SHELL, 1Caltex, 1Esso.. I feel Esso synergy F1 give more power..CALTEX is good for mileage. I am not loyal to any fuel brand, take turn to refuel different petrol..haha |

QUOTE(kenji1903 @ Mar 11 2009, 02:36 PM) same here, but concerned on the FC well....just telling based on my 1year++ onwership, mine was the first batch...erm fuel consumption not a great thing to shout about for this car. as u know city vtec same fuel and much better compare to persona in fuel consumption department. but u can get up to 500km if u drive purely on highway as for me, my full tank can give me around 350km++ with highway-70% (80km-100km) and city 30%( jam most of the time). if pure city with jam and revving ,stop and go traffic, i will get 250km++ only hope to know how much is the full tank and what's the distance persona can go before refueling? my gf's City VTEC less than RM70 full tank can go at least 550km, city and highway drive, average speed is 100-110km/h as for the ride, i can say the ride is smooth/supple, cornering good as well that give u sharp turning and stable, highway cruising stable up 170km slightly modification on tires and suspension will give u more stable ride... sound insulation is good for the price of the car, the ride is quiet and smooth. problems on the car: erm...not really..just normal tear and wear. there are one weird sound when acceleration, but it is solve due to the metal bar hitting on the other metal....now smooth and quiet...dont have any plastic panels vibrating when going trough rough road/uneven roads... if u looking in fuel consumption department...then the city is ur choice.... as for me, i dont bother about the fuel consumption... QUOTE(deathscyther @ Mar 12 2009, 07:46 PM) wah, replied so fast.. dont apply rain-x if u wish to put silicone wipers.....as for me, after i put rain-x..and use silicone wipers, the wiping not smooth and freaking noisy/shudder non stop...now changed back to rubber ones quiet and smooth..but sometimes abit vibrating also.....regret putting rain-x... humm.. so it's better to apply rain-x, eh? afraid the speed is not fast enough in super-heavy rain.. u know how the weather is nowadays. |
