of course there is 1 to 1 exchange policy
but in condition which the phone can't be repaired anymore
then they will exchange whole new set/phone to customer

that's is sure, my fren is get a new set of his 5700 after 3 month waiting for repair, and Nokia cant repair, then get the new set
