I haven't received my parcel until today, 13th January already.... called the 1-300 300 300 hotline and they told me most probably the sender wrote the wrong address (but I doubt it, I think the postman delivered to the wrong house or kept the item for himself!)

Haha now investigating, the postman who sent it that day is still on duty, they will call me back again later, hopefully got good news

I just received it, the postman come to deliver it in plainclothes. Apparently they misplaced it and marked it as 'delivered' already.....

I'm glad I finally got my items!!! I wonder if I didn't call them, what would happen to my parcel...
