Furthermore, I realize that he/she is selling fake branded jewelry products for example Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture, Tous and etc without stating that it is replica and not the real product shown on her pictures she provided in her thread..

1. The price she is selling for the jewelry is way way cheaper than the actual price it is sold..
2. Proof that it's original. The attached Korea shipping list and the DHL invoice is so blur and cant prove anything at all..

Below is an example of the imitation jewelry she selling. The first link shows the actual jewelry sold by Tiffany and the other link shows what she is selling. You can see the obvious price difference. I am not sure about current currency of dollars but $185 should be around RM700+-. The one sulisa selling is RM95. There are many other products in her website link she provided and also forum thread.

Wow that is serious. So many people have fallen prey to this seller. I hope potential buyers read dispute threads before buying. Sorry to hear that this happened.

Sulisa was informed about the dispute here, but still she didn't bother to come over to explain and show her proof..

I'm just about to purchase some stuff from susila, luckily I read this.

I thought I would buy the watch and some earrings from susila because I've 'kena' before from other seller who gimme those 'China-made-fake' earrings that the design is similar to those Korean earrings, but the quality is way way way too different from those Korean earrings, of cause the price is cheaper that I can't complaint or say anything.

BUT, I RATHER PAY MORE TO GET A QUALITY STUFF!!!

Anyway, thanks guys! I don't think I will purchase anything from this seller, rather wait and search for other seller who sell quality stuff and able to provide real picture of what they want to sell. And I sincerely appreciate those seller who can make extra effort to capture the photo of their products and post it to the forum. And I would rather pay more to deal with this kind of seller cause they are honest to the buyer and themselves.

As she mention, for the first few times, the stuff that she bought is exactly same with the photo posted in forum, I've saw she wore it and I was so impressed, then she recommend me buy from susila.

But for the last 2 times she continues to buy from susila, the stuff was slightly different and it looks like those China-made products, and some are different from the photo, but overall, the product looks okay, then my friend MSN her asking about it. Then, susila became so rude to answer my friend's questions. My friend doesn't want to start a fight because she really likes those previous things she bought from susila. But, she lost confidence to purchase from susila again even though all the pictures looks so nice. I told her that I almost want to make my order but luckily I hold back.

She says maybe the supplier is changed or susila is also being cheated by supplier.

Anyway, just take it as a lesson, k.

all the while i m fine with sulisa
until the last deal, i m not sure if its her or what but the way she reply me was rather rude,
i myself as a seller in LYN, i mostly provide real item picture, rather than those given by the supplier
as the picture given by the supplier/factory mostly they would edit n make it look so nice n attractive

What I am more disappointed with is the quality of the products she is selling. It doesn't look like what she stated in her front page " Top Quality Korean Product"...

Seriously, more like fake China products...

Wish moderator can do something about sulisa for selling imitation.
sulisa seems to ignore this dispute thread and continue bumping her thread by posting up those nice pictures supplied by factory.

I bought the strawberry necklace and the winged heart shaped earrings from her as well..

and I wasn't very satisfied with the quality..

the strawberry color was smudged on the edge..and the winged heart earrings look like something that i could get from the department store for rm6..

Erm, selling jewelry brand such as Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture and etc which are fake. I mean not actually produced by those brand. Is like the exact copy/replica of the jewelry.

But I have known the whole story. 1st at here, I am say sorry with Strawberry~*, maybe our staff use the way of talking with you is incorrect.
However, I saw you post up the some parts of conversation that between yours in our thread. My staff said: can refund you money of the stuff that you bought, if you unsatisfied with it ( Except the postage.) but you ask her refund you 1st. I think she refuse your request is reasonable. Let’s suppose you are the seller. Will you refund customer 1st before you got the return stuff ?
If you still unsatisfied with her answer, you can contact me directly or contact Michael, we can trying to settle down with you in better way instead you everyday post up the attack words in our thread. After all you do not have any evidence to say we sell fake stuff. If we cheat you money or we not agree to refund you that you bought unsatisfied stuff .then you can say we are not honest seller.
For every seller, it is impossible they can make 100% customer satisfy.
Since we start our business at Malaysia, More than 1000 customers have bought our stuff before, we were the biggest seller of accessories at here, we own wholesalers more than 50 in Malaysia, if we sell stuff’s quality not good, how do our wholesalers dealing with us till now. If we cannot make 100% customers satisfy with our stuff. We still trying to make 99.99% customers satisfy with its. Never give up. Even till now.

If i am a seller, i would definitely refund her first to protect my reputation. And if as you claim, u have more than 1000 customer , why can't u refund less than rm50 to a customer? And what are u going to do with the returned product after u get it back? Resell? i'm sure no one would want to buy the item after they see the real photo.

U will fail to sue her under Reputation injury power . 1st you are selling item that not up to the standard as the picture u post . Buyer have the right to ask for refund. Otherwise she can sue you under fraud S.17 contract act 1950 (representor makes a false statement with intention to induce the representee to enter into a contract. So this contract is voidable ( buyer have the rite to terminates the contract when he or she find out there is fraud). The item is different from the picture and u have intention to cheat because as u know the item is different and u still wanted to send to the buyer. U are bluff the buyer to buy item from u with the picture provided in ur post. Please dont use the word sue as u like. thank

After I post this dispute thread, I only inform in her "jewelry thread" that I post a dispute thread on her because the rule of the dispute is I must inform he/she about it. Its like about two times? And then, later on, there are some other forum members also try to make her reply. Finally, I just post in her other "9.90 clothes" thread about her dispute since she totally ignore it. Guess what? She did reply after I post there. After that, I did not bug her anymore, okay? Don't simply say. Thank you. Read the post dates if you are not sure.

- If you do not agree they close sulisa's jewelry thread, please ask them. I did not close it. Thank you.
- If you do not agree about "selling fake stuff is not allowed" rule, please tell them. Thank you.

luckily i didnt buy also...by the way,sulisa is wrong at the 1st bcoz she take "law" to say seemed like want to scare ppl...wat?u wan to sue ppl for complaining u??wat r u talking about?here got ur real name and ur company name ke?ppl got bring ur acc no ur name ur ic all tht info out ke?especially ur "company" name since u r to sue ppl for spoiling ur company's name?haha...really a big joke...never have this case in the contract and company even tort law tht i ever studied!ppl jus complain "sulisa" and thts the only name ppl know...or if ur company name is really "sulisa",then i ntg to say....
