1st of all, Strawberry~* already mentioned that she do not want any refund or replacement already as your reply/attitude is really rude.. Stop blaming your staff.
Yeah she is not satisfied and contact you directly and became even more unsatisfied with all your replies in msn.. Sulisa, you just say ok up to you! Cant recall you mentioning anything like contact you/michael to settle it nicely.. In fact, I'm the one that added you in msn to settle this nicely.
You told PinkInc that you became angry when customers have doubt on your product.. So let's say, if there's a customer that have lots of doubt on your product, you gonna scold him/her? For having doubts on your product?
I can tell you here that any customer have the right to do that.
You also said you never give up on making your customers satisfy? I can see a number of unsatisfied customers here... doh.gif

Sulisa, you just came back from holiday? hmm.gif PinkInc mentioned that she talked to you and asked you to reply here.. How come you didn't tell her you're away on holidays? hmm.gif
How can you be online everyday, replying post and bumping your threads with pictures?
Or is it your *staff again?

What's the point of proving that your items are shipped from Korea? It can't be fake?
Even if ship from Korea/Japan/UK US KL, it can be fake lol...
It's in the rule that no imitation item is allowed here in Lyn and that is why Strawberry~* posted this in Trade Resource Centre and only to Dispute with advice from others.

Sulisa, is this what you do whenever any customer is not satisfied and mentioned about dispute? You told them that you will sue them when you come to Malaysia?

i think may b too over u all do tat cz in market all also selling this kind of stuff
even other forumer also selling this...
Which forumer? In Lyn market or other market? What kind of stuff? Fake Tiffany & Co, Juicy Couture? hmm.gif

What you mean by with rm20++ impossible to get authentic product? If she said it's original means it should be original, if she say top quality, we expect it to be top quality.. You don't deceive others by fake pictures.. shakehead.gif
Supermarket offer or what is their business, please stay in the topic. beautybold, i hope you're aware that lyn does not allow any imitation items here.

Happy New Year to you too.. wink.gif

Dispute tag can be given for a lot of reason.. And yes, you will be given a dispute tag if you're selling imitation products.

The Dispute Tag
When a trader is involved in a dispute, the dispute tag is assigned to him to alert other forumers to be extra cautious in their dealings with him, as he may be a trader with bad trading practices or even a scammer.

Please read about the dispute tag before posting.

The case is settled, sulisa got her dispute tag, her thread is already closed. We are not even arguing anymore..
Just replying to others post and trying to make them read the rules here doh.gif

Strawberry~* didn't mention that she wanna gain anything at the first place. Even others advised to open this in dispute.

I can see why Strawberry~* posted there.. She wanted to inform others because sulisa ignored her dispute. If you did nothing wrong, I'm sure the first thing is to clear your name.
Moderators do not give out dispute tag for fun.
