i have doubt on how some people just get into bumi armada. then went for the interview first. if they pass the interview then they go for the written test. if they pass the written test. confirm they got the scholarship already.

Added on May 10, 2009, 9:54 ami can't really remember. but bumi armada was still there to recruit. then got MMHE. i went to last so there was only misc waiting for me.
bumi armada was recruiting because there were some who failed the written test. so they wanted to recruit people back. but i duno how to get to bumi armada. i think those people pull strings la. cause the interview was so easy according to my friend. plus they were given topic on what to study 4 week before the interview. just need to know the basic of 4 stroke and 2 stroke engines.

huh???4stroke and 2 troke engine ......there are nothing like that in the form 5 and 4 syallubbus....really ,,4 weeks...huhu ppl here told what to study too ......

tell em u didn't know the ship got engine, say, u tot the ship is manoeuvred by blowing wind ...lol

chillax, they(interviewers) will guide u to get the answer from u ...

but the last candidate from bumi armada is hilarious...the interview went for 50mins ..

lol ...really??sounds kinda easy....I am still curious about my interview date ..its like only me are at this date ...

hey actually we already studied this in kemahiran hidup form 3. many of us forgotten. but kh is in bm. so u need to google for the info on 4 and 2 stroke. THIS IS FOR BUMI ARMADA. REST I AM NOT SURE.

study about V=IR. electricity. u really need to study that. coz got a few question on that. do study form 4 chapter 5 light. there will be 2 or 3 question on that. i cannot really remember.

Wanna know is tat after completed the study on the Marine Engineering in ALAM we'll be like those onshore engineering will be reward a Bachelor of Engineering of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering...

Btw how long we'll need to study for the marine engineering course??? Is it similar with those study period of mech engineering and chem engineering (just to list a little) minimum 3 years until we can go for the cadet training???

well I'm 1 of those bumi armada boys..
the interview was before ALAM's interview..
it was on the 9th of april..
and it was damn easy..
all I have to do is pass the written test and which i did!!
now I'm just waiting the letter from ALAM regarding the intake..

marine engineering is 3 years prog. it is diploma course.

3 years(including 9 month onboard training).

i got another interview on the 20th of May in ALAM....i did go for the interview that was held in KL....i have no idea why they're calling me again???any ideas???

i got my interview in melaka....20th may...no idea why they're calling me again...i didnt get through my first interview in kl...but they're calling me for the 2nd interview...hope i'll get through this interview in flying colour....GOOD LUCK bigguy...U'll be going before me....XD
