Guys, when i was being interviewed, i kinda glanced through the papers that the interviewer used to write somethings, bout me i guess. It's a type of form, and i noticed that there were 5 boxes, numbered 1 2 3 4 5 and there are 10 sets of this numbers. any1 here knows Wat does it mean??

some poli student might get sponsorship from shipping company. but you'll have to send letter to them to ask for sponsorship.
