Atlantis SS2 ?? Apparently my friend said it is not realible wo. I do realize many of you (in this discussion) got the phone from this shop. Realible?

When you pay for Original set, do you really get original set (warranty under Nokia)?

I just got mine last week at the HP fair in Shah Alam. It was quite a bargain - RM1230 for an AVAXX full set

i bought at atlantis too.. avaxx set. how come u said atlantis not realible? got cases edi?

I don't know wo ... My friends (a few of them) said phone shop at SS2 not very realible.

Not sure ... That is why I am asking lo ...

Mind to tell if your phone is original set? How long already? any problem?

yea avaxx set..bought last week.. got warranty card.. so far so good

which part that shop not realible? they switch to non origninal accesories?

Alantais is quite reliable. Who say they are not they are lying to u. But their service or free gift not so good only. price they quite cheap compare to alot lyn members here selling

Anyone can vouch for this shop? Atlantis seems popular for a good reason then..

aih.... i just bought my E71 black steel 2 weeks ago , i dropped my phone ytd and the screen got some mark on it ...and the body turn silver .... guys dont ever drop ur phone, its gonna b obvious

its normal for a person to drop a phone. use crystal protector. its looks bulky but u will see the difference after u remove the crystal after 1 year or 2.

depends how the drop is. If u remember E71 and 5800 XM got a string tying to phone. When using phone tie around your phone so chance for the phone to drop is low even drop its still hanging

I attached the string to the phone...it might look weird but the string is useful, whenever i am talking over the phone i use it and it give me a secure feeling my phone will not drop...plx ...fully use all the accessories given becoz it is given for a purpose.

crystal protecter?? is it the plastic cover? .. ...i learned my lesson... don ever try to take ur phone from the pouch when ur hand is sweaty...

same here. There was twice the phone slip off my hand lucky the string saved the day.

Care to tell what is the problem that yr friends mention? I have personally bought more than 10 phones from them up till now no problem nothing. And yes original set comes with everything inside complete with the sticker and all, the warranty card too they will chop . About free gift depends on ppl,i personally say i do get free gifts. lol.

I see a lot of people replying saying that this shop is good. Maybe I should give it a try.

My friends was saying how can this shop give cheaper price la. They must have changed something inside (like AP set sell as Ori set)

and YA, my friends' free gift spoiled easily wo.

So I shall go and get my E71 from them.

How come original phones from these type of shop (Atlantis) is cheaper than Nokia Store?

P/S: My friend got a new E71 from PC Fair !!!! RM 1280 for Original Set + 8GB memory card + screen protector + some free softwares

As for the E71, i only ask for a screen protector as the rest all inside the sales package ma. I personally recommend u this shop too. Intro them quite alot of my friends to buy from them. I like their after-sale service. I believe original phones are cheaper at these type of shops are because of their cheap rent and also that they are willing to earn just a mere 50 - 100 for a phone so to attract ppl buy for them.

Your friend got a good bargain, why dont u bank in to him ask him get for u? Mine come with 2GB only. lol. As for softwares too many on the net.

true like doom said your friend know talk so much ask him get for u. In business mind use logic. If you can get from supplier a quantity sure they can give u special discount. Only thing i dislike about atlantis is 1 person u ask for free gift they insist not to give u but next person that ask they give. So only that part they are not honest.

haiz....i havent updated/reformatted my phone since i bought back in last september. but all changed last night when i couldnt 'tahan' anymore with the lag taht caused by messy files, too much sms (4k in inbox) and i ended up reformat the phone with *#7370# . i have yet to reformat my memory card (8GB) though coz the data cable is at my college (going there tonight) to backup my photos and musics.

im planning to update the firmware, any new version? and IF i have the unstable internet connection will it effect my phone? or it wont do anything/install anything/start he updating firm ware process until i fully downloaded the file? which means if i get DC in the middle of it i can just reconnect it and the process will just continue with no harm? anyone?
