800 ping rofl what were they even smoking?

A round trip around the world takes half that time. Were they looking to prevent matchmaking from occuring between Earth and Mars?

Apparently, modifying that file will help you to get lower ping host.

Still,i WILL not be responsible for any bans if VAC caught you modifying any cfg file.

Cheat / Hack Free Games: The biggest benefit of using IWnet by far is the fact that you don’t have to worry about joining a server full of aim-bots, wallhacks, or cheaters. Or relying on the server admin of the server to constantly be monitoring, banning, and policing it. Modern Warfare 2 on PC allows us to control the quality of the game much more than ever before as well as utilizing the VAC (Valve-Anti-Cheat) system to keep games clean of hackers and cheaters.

Day 2 of Modern Warfare 2 and the first hacks are already up for downloads

I've never been this happy ever since the IWnet bullshit.

Just to share my MP experience tonight:

1. On an average it took me 2 lobbies before I got the right group.
2. TDM was easy to come by.
3. Did not experience any forms moonwalking.
4. For some reason I stopped my bad habits of running and gunning (less ppl, bigger maps)

Not surprised, and it's amazing that some dedicated servers owners actually said that issues like this can be solved easily by banning their IP by a admin.

Still, despite knowing that the game's MP is gonna be crap, people are still buying it.It's really amazing that what hype can do.

How i wish EA's old marketing methods is still being used now,as even a shit feature in NFS Carbon could be marketed as an awesome looking feature.Just imagine how much sales that a good games like Dragon Age can get with that kind of marketing.

No lean fire, no dedicated server...
IW has screwed up big time on this one. (on the PC side at least cause console gamers are forced to pay for extra content)

Nope. It's locked. First thing I tried when I got the game. Being able to set sensitivity without staring at the slider like an ape is definitely ++ though.

In case you didnt know,PC gamers are also forced to pay for extra content now, unless some big companies are kind enough to pay for all the free contents.

It's just a beginning of a very disturbing trend.Or in another words,PC is becoming no different from consoles.

That's a lot of hot air bro.

(OKAY I KNOW STEAM IS HOT WATER, NOT AIR. LUCKILY WITH MY AMAZING WIT I COVERED THAT CONTINGENCY WITH THE LUDICROUSLY COINCIDENTAL FACT THAT "AIR" MEANS WATER IN MALAY)
