Of course there's some state that are tax-free for digital download.

Ahhh, I got IS too but sadly I'm just like you, not good at sticking those stuff.

All u need to do is head to the US itunes store, click on any free apps to download and it will prompt you to login
From there, click register and u'll see the "None" option in payment method.
