i have a malaysian account as well as an american account.
now im using more of my american account, but all the apps i bought when i was using the malaysian itunes store are still in my apps list.
and if there are upgrades i can upgrade them using my american account.
its fine to have 2 accounts.
i...hope...if something happens to me, then ill reinform u guys laugh.gif

but in anycase, buy a free application, and continue with the sign up process, then there'll be a choice for u to choose "no payment" method instead of any credit card or gift card option.

both can be used quite well.
and since both are free, why not just download both of them and try them out for urself.
i personally don't use palringo, fring works well enough for me. but fring, when u close the fring, after a few seconds, or maybe a minute or two, u will get disconnected and u need to reconnect ur msn. the only downside for me =\
i have palringo too, but i cant seem to create a proper account for palringo, so annoying lol

anyone ever have problem where they connect their ipod to the computer and the computer auto restarts?
everytime i connect the ipod to the computer this happens...

question, if my power button doesn't seem to work, that would most likely be a hardware faulty right?
any idea where i can go to claim warranty in KL or PJ area?

How do you get your computer to detect your ipod as an external drive? It shouldn't do that for the ipod touch.
Or did you have to set something in your computers hardware?

Locating the apps after reformatting all that is normal, cause when you reformat you have to reinstall your iTunes mar.
The best way I can think of at the moment, is to redownload all your apps after you reinstall iTunes instead of copying the files back into the folder. Because it will be free, since you purchased them already.
That way, when you sync your ipod, your iTunes will detect that the apps in your iTunes and ipod are the same. So that way, it will just sync, not delete and resync. So your score and saved games will be saved.
