Beside supplements, your diet should avoid oily, fatty , oily food and more vege, fruits & drink plenty of water.

Easiest way is to use those pore strips once or twice a week,coupled with scrub (to exfoliate) along with regular skin care steps.

makeup remover only at night.

if your skin is normal to oily u can skip moisturizer in d daytime n use a toner that is hydrating.

hmm anyone knows where to get paula's choice in malaysia? im interested in their chemical exfoliant. seems to have good reviews so far.

on other notes, i am looking for a chemical exfoliant that is kinda strong but w/o silicone and its derivatives and is not cream based. I tried clearance k and it blocked my poor pores
