Maybe you should try out a natural facecare product called Himalaya ,I'm been using it for months and right now my face barely has any pimples on it.

Cleanse daily, scrub twice a week, control sebum secretion and use tee tree oil or pimple creams on your pimples. Becareful of cleansers with exfoliating properties since some people's skins can be sensitive to it and causes further acne outbreaks.

before use focial foam to wash face, it is good to use make-up remover to remove all the dust 1st, as nowadays haze and dust everywhere...

importantly, understand your skin type..

my step is make-up remover, facial foam, toner, day cream or night cream (night cream is important as it protect ur skin for whole night)...

Go for skin care products with whitening effect like Bio-essense's Tanaka White set, Loreal Men's White Active cleanser with 360 Turnaround Whitening moisturizer or Nivea Whitening.
Previously I used Nivea but has now switched to Bio-essense. I also moisturize with Olay White Radiance after toning and apply whitening facial mask forth-nightly. I try to stay of Loreal's cleansers because my skin was sensitive to its exfoliating agents last time but then again, different people has different skin and sensitivity.

I'm using Bio-essense toner.

If you want whitening products for your body that don't do much damage to your wallet, try Nivea's whitening regime: Nivea Whitening Milk cream for the day, Nivea Night Whitening cream for the night. I tried it and my arms are they are now slightly fairer compared to last time since I used to had a lot of sun exposure playing sports and driving last time.

Nowaday, guy using makeup remover, and BB cream, not bad!
I prefer start with Cleaning, after that, take a bottle that included SPF 15(at least) Moisturizer Product (Biore Oil Control Moisturizer Blue Bottle, recommended) apply twice a day.
Ance problem can be solve by Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Product, you can go and look for it or www.the-body-shop-com
If prefer to have very good looking clear and clean skin tone,
Skin79 Diamond serie BB Cream is Recommended, for fair skin tone!

Also, apply Anti aging product as well, if you reach age 28!

for acne scar ....there is no product in the market that can actually remove those scars......
alternative..
laser treatment- remove a outer layer of your skin(repealing) but too expensive
