Nowaday, guy using makeup remover, and BB cream, not bad!
I prefer start with Cleaning, after that, take a bottle that included SPF 15(at least) Moisturizer Product (Biore Oil Control Moisturizer Blue Bottle, recommended) apply twice a day.
Ance problem can be solve by Body Shop Tea Tree Oil Product, you can go and look for it or www.the-body-shop-com
If prefer to have very good looking clear and clean skin tone,
Skin79 Diamond serie BB Cream is Recommended, for fair skin tone!

Also, apply Anti aging product as well, if you reach age 28!

For my personal experience that,
you have to using a suitable cleanser.
Guy normally have oily skin, scrub cleanser is good for daily use.
If got not really serius pimple or acne problems,
Tea Tree Oil is good for that.
Because some products like Oxy, somehow, it 'burn' your skin surface, to make it dry(black, sometimes) and tear off after few days(weeks, may say!)..
Now i prefer to use anti aging products, including SPF 25, also gel type moisturizer to 'matt' your skin and firm it up!
Dont forget, lip balm !

I dont know whether you guy using some foudation to conceal your ance or whatsoever...
But BB Cream is the top choice now,
it doesnt appear like a makeup or cosmetics,
but it really make our guys skin more flawless, and energy looks!
Cheers!

My excuse is red allergy eczema, so I've tested Neo Homme  (Face Shop) and Lioele Homme (Parkson). Generally very transparent and light feeling, so if trying to cover spots, need a concealer like Body Shop green stick. FS Neo has fresh masculine cologne fragrance, is matte and quite water resistant. This is probably what makes men's range different because of gym, sports, beach, etc.

LaNeige Homme not tried yet because not available here, supposed to be more suitable for men's tanned skin and outdoor activities. Note that you don't just smear all over like sun block; there is a tapping technique, and you use a tiny amount, avoid hairy areas. Check Youtube. Unfortunately, these work best on smooth skin. Pitted, wrinkled, flaking skin might look highlighted.

Women's usually have whitening or pinkish ingredients not suitable for men unless they use other women's make-up to cover it up and distract. Then, guess how you will look...  Maybelline has a good tanned tone but it rubs off very easily and is slightly shiny. Silky Girl similar but more matte. One that might be suitable though is Singapore brand Rachel K Color Control, which comes in three shades, is water resistant and blends in more quickly than others. Most of these you can test on your wrist at Watson's.

Isn't all BB cream tinted? Some people say TINTED MOISTURIZER is almost the same as BB. Do you mean put plain moisturizer as a base, then BB over it?  Or mix BB with moisturizer, and what kind of moisturizer, brand specific please?

Before I found the men's BB, I tried mixing Maybelline (darker like my tan, but rubs off) with a more lasting but transparent one like Rachel K. Now I prefer corrector stick on spots and men's BB over it.

let say, mix & match.
I normally a tab of moisturizer with few drop of BB Cream... for sheer coverage;
otherwise depend on how much you want to cover, and add more of BB cream... (moisturizer cream base)

I used to apply BB Cream under my eyes (dark cycle)...
to lighten up my cheekbone... after that a tab on my chin.
and highlight my nose as well.
I am not apply to whole face, because i dont want my face look 'flat'...
Because of my face kind of oily + combination skin...
after BB Cream, i also apply transparent loose powder... look matter and flawless ^^
Dont forget you must remove it by makeup removal as well....

Tinted Moisturizer to let you look healthier, but less coverage.
Included sunblock, moisture, and foundation - all in one...
BB Cream is more oily, also sunblock, full coverage (depends on you how to apply)...

another suggestion,
when apply moisturizer, during semi-dry, apply BB cream, it would be more easier to apply, evenness,
as well as, sheer and look natural.

Hope this will help <3

I have googled around and people said that Skin Food BB has quite a light shade. Yeah, it's not cheap but I have searched around LYN for brands like Skin79 and BRTC which are even more expensive. I will just get the Face Shop BB and give it a try. Thanks! smile.gif

Men's BB is more sweat resistant = Oil Base BB Cream...
Please Choose wisely

Well, I will just try it out first. Only using it for maybe let say functions so only a short period. Then won't get too oily.
After trying how effective is it, then only try other more specific products. Thanks. Anyway, what are you doing? Working? hmm.gif

I got The Face Shop Homme today and tried it. Doesn't seem to cover much of my pimple scars but colour of skin probably seems to be a little even. Will try again and take before after photo to see the actual difference.
Doesn't seem oily anyway. smile.gif And it's less than 50 bucks.
