after much consideration, finally settle for a pair of Oakley Radar Path Jet Black/Black Iridium Polarized instead of Tag Heuer. smile.gif

Anyone know if Oakley Pitboss is still available at Reliance Bangsar?

Saw from Sg direct importer, Oakley Pitboss Matte Black + Black Iridium polarized, SGD$990 (RM2280). should be higher by around 20% in optical shop.

Thanks. I know SGD optical shops are selling around SGD1450 but mostly sold out. You think it's possible to get from this SG direct importer? Called Reliance yesterday and they are all sold out.

i dont suggest oakley's sunglasses to match up with suit or smart-casual. IMO oakley are meant for sport, travel, street-casual.

get some ray bans, wayfarers maybe. oakley is anything but sharp. and oakley sucks. and before you oakley fanboys say anything, I own 4 oakleys, Oakley Splice J.P Montoya L.E., Juliet Ducati w S/N, Dartboard and Straight Jacket. and I can tell you they suck badly, the coating on the lens will flake and the color on the frame will come off, on both X-Metal and plastic. and its gone from bad to worst after being bought out by Luxottica.

look at Rayban (also owned by Luxottica, but doesn't suck like oakley), Revo and Bolle.

I own 1 Tag's sunglasses. I got it at One Utama. Sorry i cant remember the shop name but it is close to the speedy shop underground floor which has a lot of food shops. I think it is a little bit cheaper than others. It is very comfortable to wear.

Just got my pair of Wayfarer from Reliance. Got my shades there from the recommendations of some forummers here and man, their prices are really competitive! Great service as well. Highly recommended to those who are ooking to get their shades. Huge collection and most importantly, reasonable price. thumbup.gif

And btw, they got a huge collection of Dita shades. wink.gif
