drivers side is the tyre air pressure and the left is the vin already ..maybe diff models diff location ?
*
hmm could be i guess. Won't know coz i don't own a hilux or know anyone who does. But it should be located at the doors for newer cars. If all fails, check the engine compartment firewall.

why can`t all manufacters adopt a standard placement ..lol .

becoz when they see one manufacturer starts putting in a different place, they want to be unique and place it at a different place whistling.gif

True. If I manufacture cars, I'll nail it on the bonnet and all doors. Last by not least, dashboard, steering wheel, seats, brakes, tyres, wires, rims, and everything also put. LOL laugh.gif
*
that's gonna be costly. Why not nail it randomly? laugh.gif

anyone here ever drove a toyota supra MKIV before? can you guys share the experienced to me? because i decide to buy 1. please. thanks smile.gif
*
actually, driving one will not really give u a comprehensive breakdown on what u want to know about the vehicle. Correct me if i'm wrong, but if u are going to buy one, what's your basis of getting one in the first place? Are u comparing it to another car? Are u comparing the fuel consumption? The power output? The looks?

Mk IV supra is a good choice, probably one of the rare monsters that toyota's ever built. IMHO, i don't like the shape and design, it's robbed of it's boot space. So if u want to throw in your weekend bags for a weekend drive, this is not the car for u.

However, rear wheel drive, 3.0 engine with twin turbo set up, what else can u ask for? Except for the fact that it's limited to 180km/h and toyota short change u in the horsepower department. whistling.gif

so if u're gonna buy one, then go ahead. It's a great sports coupe, but somehow the skyline on your left will look more menacing, the NSX on your right will look more sexy and GTO at the back will always be the legend. Basically, these are the other 3 cars the mk IV supra needs to compete with and in the looks department, it does not do too well biggrin.gif

thanks ston3r. i appreciated with your post  rclxms.gif  yea the shape aint so cool like a skyline. but if change to other bodykit it look really nice  thumbup.gif  like the abflug supra  notworthy.gif  yes the car will be my weekend car but not for picnic  wink.gif i love that car since i was small icon_rolleyes.gif i definitely will buy one =) and. do you think motortrader is the greatest choice to find a supra? if yes i`m gonna order from them then  rclxms.gif
*
no worries dude, glad to help out with opinions laugh.gif

if u have loved the car since u were small, then i assume u have been doing a lot of research on the car. If that's the case, then i believe u are prepared to own one. Definitely it needs a lot of work, but a supra can be made into one mean machine.

Motor trader is a good choice to start your quest to compare prices. However, these cars are rare and u don't get much choices in the market. Though my advice would be to go see the car first when u spot it. At least u can see what's it worth. As supras are grey imports, most of the prices are inflated and sellers would not budge if the price isn't right. Good luck! thumbup.gif

that truly sucks! i hate it when u park your car and go shopping, come back to find that some joker's hit your car and run off without any note or something. Clip can fix back, it's the painting part that costs and sucks.

My car also like that. I sent my car for car wash at Giant USJ. After that, when I came back, I saw my car is clean and nice, but when I walked to the front, damn, the whole bumper is like dropping down. So I confronted the car wash person. I screwed him left right up down.
*
that's bad man. I hate car washes like that. That's why when they wash my car, i'll sit inside and wait. In case they screw up

Hi I have a 2007 older generation vios. Got it during the promotion before the new model out.

For the past few months, my car front passenger seat always squeak when got ppl sit on it and I'm driving on bumpy roads or turn in corners. Then it dissappear but now it sounded again and lasted for very long... never dissappear at all....

Anyone of you have this kind of problem. It is very annoying because it squeaks like ur seating on the pvc-metal recliner chair. I tried applying lubricant WD-40 but no avail.
*
i've added u to the list.

as for the noise, i had the exact same problem with my 1.7 Civic ES, RX version. Spraying WD40 will not help at all. Until today, I'm uncertain if it was due to the recliner or was it due to the bolts. Easiest thing u could do is get a rachet and unbolt the whole seat and tighten it again. If all fails, it's a good excuse to get semi-bucket seats laugh.gif
