almost 90% trader who trade normal market condition is base on TA...and FA is need when it comes to news release...dats is if u wanna trade d news..but for beginner..it is not recommended since market is unpredictable during news..it can go up or down instantly...dats y u still need to know about FA bcoz it can destroy ur TA easily..

Anyone using MIG MT4 platform? Is it just me or there's no connection since Monday?

I need to try another platform, what are the pros suggestions? I'm still on demo.

good to trade with them...they r my old broker...i'm with them on 2007....MIG Investment rite..

now not only mig having problem with mt4 connection..other broker also d same...dats is bcoz of now malaysia is having problem internet connection to outside world...

Demo accounts can expire pretty quickly. If you look, you can know for sure. Thinking and guessing is normally a lousy option.

If it's expired, you can just open a new one from the same broker, or choose from the many others available:

that's written theoretical guide book. In practical, you need FA whether it's news release or not, and FA is not just used for trading news. FA is used to understand the market, hence to understand its reaction and how it'll react to everything that's happening, a.k.a. news, whether it's short term or long term. IMO, in FA, you dont just look at economic prints, you have to understand how that figure would cause a response to the market.

sometimes the news gets kinda complicated... dont know how or when or why it affects a market. not smart enuff yet. haha.

to begin in forex...it is good to start with TA like i mention in my earlier post...bcoz FA it not an easy stuff to understand but not very hard to learn

haha. ya now im going thru TA 'phase'.. haha.

i read n liked boillinger/SMA/EMA/full stochastics/parabolic... still got much more to learn


then there's the gigantic FA phase... haha.

My FA sucks, I always try to understand but nvr trade news.
