Bluetooth works on some j-phones. Just that you need Bluetooth adapter on your computer to send the data.
USB can but transfer your files to SD memory card is also another way. Which phone u want to get ?

Btw: I read Softbank 706P e-manual. Can direct copy+paste the Java aplication files & .jad & .jar extensions files into your memory card.
Go to Menu, S! Appli, Syncronise memory card. It will auto detect the files & auto install the Java application. WOOTS !

No problem using Bluetooth. Only cannot excess the internet because the data packets sending & receiving wont work.

Except for Softbank 706P that is almost fully functional 9.5/10 wahahaha

There is restriction on file types you could send and receive via BT in P906i. You could actually download a copy of English manual from NTT Docomo website to know more about the phone before going for it.

The SH905i on sale at garage sales is tempting tongue.gif Damn, all of a sudden, i got so addicted with Jphone. If only money would drop from sky tongue.gif

Anyone had any english review of the SH905i? And why do 905i have so many version? Do Jphone always follow a similar code except for the SH (for Sharp) and P (for Panasonic)?
*
try to google "sh905i review" for it.
who wants to sign a long term contract with operators like Docomo if they don't provide variety choices of phones? tongue.gif
905i/906i etc represents the time of release like 906i series are released on summer of 2008.

Cripplied in means that its encrypted & need to be decoded before able to read the files ? I'm not really sure about it then. Download the manual & take a look to confirm.

Definately ! Guess what, I had prepared lots & lots of stuffs to be transferred into the phone.

I have these 3 folders on my desktop, " 706P Wallpaper(240x320 very nice Mika Nakashima ones LOL ) , 706P Ringtones ( all converted to .mmf extensions), 706P Songs (converted to AAC+ format biggrin.gif)"

Want some nice graphic wallpapers or ringtones can add me @ my msn smile.gif

There is also IR file transfer if you got an IR port on your laptop. Slower, but it works on docomo, actually its fairly reliable
