So whats the fcking point to carry on with an official Scrim! or you didnt noticed that the more you lose the morale of your team goes down the toilet as well huh?

Enough of this shit, strayfah.. If you are looking for a fight or scrim, just tell me straight forward and not with this stupid show you putting on now.. IF YOU GOT THE BALLS! Be a man Strayfah..

A good captain is all about leading the team to the top (leadership), maintaining the teams high morale(not raising a mutiny), and training the team to be the best with hard work (practice makes perfect).. But not to listen to others which inevitably leads the team to the road of destruction.. I dont if ppl like you knows these things...So please one more time, no more lame comments... or else...

QUACK! We did the hard way, trust me, quack. Or else we might not get to where ICA proudly stands now.. We been thrashed by a team for many months now.. All all the hard work trying to keep up with *them* pays off when ICA scrims with other teams... We did really improved but still not on par with *them* So please do not judge us ICA before knowing the truths not like some ppl here...

Every captain has they own style to direct their ship to their destination. It just the matter of right or wrong.

Even if it's wrong, it's his ship, he can do anything with that ship, other captain from other ship can't simply tell him which direction to go even if that is the right way.

Let say Onova indeed want to trash u guys and u guys not ready to defeat them... so what? Losing is the best of the best and best of best experience u can get.

That time my team wants to scrim with ESP.aXe. Even though it's super duper confirmed that we gonna kena trash 8-0 or 8-1, but we learned from mistake. U yourself said it, u took all the demos with the team u scrim with, so u can know which 1 is good for your team, or which 1 is bad for your team.

Stray just trying to say something that he might know better, just the way he said it a little bit too harsh. Peace....

I'm trying to be neutral here, I just want to tell u the piece of advice that I heard long time ago.

Indeed..Now that is truly an advice..Thank you.. We learned our mistakes from training with *them* but we implemented it on ICA's fights with other teams..It came out well, but i really think ICA still cant take Onova down right now..

I don't see a reason I have to fight with you. Scrim, maybe. I'll be the man I am and apologize if I was harsh, but I don't see a reason why I should take my words back. Whether you want to listen or not, it's your choice. If you're saying you'd make a better captain, well sure, whatever floats your boat.

The main reason I actually posted here was to tell you nicely that you should look for teams instead of playing in your own circle. Refer to my first post. I only raised the level after you started sounding really arrogant about how no one else wants to scrim with you, indirectly saying your team is strong. Too much pride you have in your team perhaps?

I'm only here to give my thoughts. Take it or leave it, I really couldn't care less. I don't want to disrupt your recruitment thread anymore so good luck in forming your team. Ciao.

Well, honestly, if you were trying hard to look for team contacts, a lot of team reps and leaders post here on this forum. It really does not take too much effort just to PM some of those guys here on Lowyat for a scrim. Get their XFire or their MSN. These things come to those who try. Don't be expecting people just to come to you and offer.

i admit it was rude but he was just joking with lizra when he said that we sure lose to them (not to say that we can beat them) it was a friend joke.. coz we always hang up with them.. i work at tbun aman suria so i know the pnu/onava team.. thanks give us some tips that how we can have a scrim with another team.. we put this thread is for another team can contact us directly.. i write this for make this "problem" solve.. come on, we want to make a good relationship between team/clan.. i respect all other team/clan opinion about us but i personally can't take if u say ur team coward or something like that.. we not like that.. we realy want have a scrim but our team are not perfect..

I did not say i expect people to come to me, i said i already made my challenges to others but NONE accepted and hence as i said before its getting abit *old* to challenged them in LYN and in Xfire again and again when nobody answers ur call right?...

Really? How many teams have you tried, honestly? 3-4? There are a lot of clans out there who are looking for scrim partners and it's YOUR availability, not theirs, that matters in the end. Like Strayfah said, try looking outside your circle of friends. I think I speak for myself and ESP when I say that we have hardly gotten any scrim requests from other clans in the last 3 months. We always end up playing one another. =/ If you have really tried (like really, really) >10 teams and everyone of them have said no, SWL will be happy to scrim with you promod.

p.s. Oh, and asking people for a scrim inside YOUR OWN thread doesn't count as a 'challenge'. The end.
