mean you no over pay lor if you got over pay sure you can see excess amount.... basically you should call bank to check time by time to know your loan balance.

if you wish to make settlement you need call bank to get the final amount.
AKPK they donno one.... they just help you make the payment only...

If having heavy credit card debt now and the debt collection agency keep calling and i didn’t pick up their call, can i just straight away look for AKPK instead of negotiate with the agency? Because normally this kind of debt collection agency will ask us pay in full amount/ 75% or they will proceed legal action.

And how fast AKPK will contact me once I did online enquiry?

finally i managed settle all outstanding payment.
cimb - take 5 working days to update akpk
citibank - take 4 working days to update to akpk
hlb - already 2 weeks but they havent update akpk.
scb - i make the full payment before lockdown. hopefully they will update akpk next week.

you need call them

u call them and tell them u want make full settlement. they will provide total amount and the bank acc.
then u can bank in or online transfer.

do you guys check your akpk portal today? i can see the portal pop up 1 month arrears payment… not they say give 6 mth delay payment ? if yes why still pop up 1 month arrears payment?? kencing kuat??

I called OCBC customer service.. After full payment, still have to go to OCBC branch to fill up form for release letter. Can anyone confirm this please?

I have just enrolled into DMP. But the counsellor insisted not to include the loan which has been granted extension of moratorium into DMP. I asked her, regarding this and according to her when the moratorium ends, which is another 3 months, i can add in the said loans into my DMP plan thus monthly will be higher.

But just now i browsed through the portal, I cant find any option to add new facilities into DMP plan.

can we actually do this or not? i am confused right now.
