Now waiting akpk officer frm citibank to call me back.
Cause i ask for rebate and also waiting their instructions on how to make the payment.
Need wait fr 2 working weeks T.T

Call 03-2383 5691  or  03-2383 5699 . This is direct line to akpk officer at citibank.
But they never pick up my call.

not only cicitbank other bank also near same. maybe the PIC for AKPK cases is very less.
last time myself also keep on call and call no choice just try your luck.

yes.....it is correct.
i still can make repayment on time because of BT facilities....A to B, B to C, C to A etc....endless cycle
i think i may go to AKPK office first.
Not much choices, that's the reason I wanna to ask/seek opinion.

Anyone experience difficulties in opening a saving account during DMP programme. I try to open Hong Leong bank saving account but was told got some problem. Not sure if it is due to akpk. I Don have any akpk loan with Hong leong bank though. This is going to be a problem for me cause I am supposed to receive a big sum of money but need to have a joint account with family member. If they came to know I have akpk issue, I am going  to lose my chance to have tht money.
  When I sign up for akpk, I oledi make up my mind no more credit and PL for me but nvr think of not able to open a saving account.
